I paid a higher delivery fee to be delivered at home because I cannot physically go to the closest relay to pick up the package. I'm working from home so I'm always at home and I was there on the delivery day. The delivery guy never came to my home, lied and pretended that I wasn't at home and delivered to the relay point. DODO refused to reimbursed the delivery which I specifically paid higher to get delivered at home. DODO also refused to contact the delivery company (DPD) to resolve the issue with them.
I guess I'll have to ask someone else to go pick up my delivery for me because I cannot. Or maybe pay a second time for someone to do so.
