Order was never delivered
I pre-ordered god food before my trip to France, two weeks prior as I was in France for 3 weeks. The food has NEVER arrived. Absolutely shocking service. Any dog food company is better than this one. Hugely disappointed. Do not try them.

I placed my order where they about to start this business. Before I placed my order we had conversation about delivery and food safety. They promised it'll be delivered with their courier, and additionally chilled.
The day before I've got an email from support it is going to be delivered with some kind of courier. I said okay.
THAN IT ALL STARTED.
man just took my package in plain box without any security staff and passed to me. One I opened this at home there even wasn't simple separation from plain box. How you can send food like that?
It can easily get contaminated.
After shock I started for searching barcodes, and... There wasn't any. Just in added booklet which was misleading. While contacting Cs they were really rude and in the end I heard something like "oxh so you want your money back"? I said no, and thought that take it, but I will describe this more detailed to food and safety.
Its been a while but still have photos and incominated samples.
STAY AWAY FOR YOURS BELOVED ONES.

No accountability, no respect, gaslighters
I experienced multiple issues with this company, not so much in the mistakes themselves, but in how they were handled.
On separate occasions, delivery scheduling was incorrect (leaving a gap with no food), and one order contained exactly one week fewer fresh food packages than planned. When I raised this, the response immediately suggested that I may have overfed my dogs, despite clear portioning and the discrepancy matching exactly one week(for BOTH my dogs).
While the company later acknowledged that a packing error was possible, responsibility was repeatedly framed as “shared,” and communication focused on defending processes rather than acknowledging the customer experience. Apologies were phrased in a way that shifted blame to interpretation rather than taking ownership.
Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. What ultimately led me to stop doing business with them was the dismissive, deflective communication and lack of clear accountability. This made the service feel unpredictable and undermined trust.

HOME DELIVERY IMPOSSIBLE
I have been a loyal customer of Dog Chef since June 2023. Their products are excellent but the French deliver company that they use refuses to deliver to my home address. Even though we have close neighbours who are also Dog Chef customers that get home deliveries without any problem. I have no choice but to collect every order from the Chronofresh Head Office which is an hour and a half round trip. I have raised this issue with Dog Chef several times but to no avail. As I said, good products, but home delivery still seems to be impossible which is exceedingly frustrating.

Dog chef is the best food for your dog.
I have a labrador retriever (he will be 2 years-old in Feb 26), that I feed exclusively with DogChef fresh food for more than one year now. I can only say good things about this company. The recipes are very well balanced from the nutritional point of view. They are ALWAYS delivered on time, ALWAYS fresh. My dog absolutely loves his food (well, he's a labrador, but seriously... he does love it). He never got sick and is in very good shape. The customer service is very friendly and full of care. Every time I had questions I received same-day answers, either from their vet or their sales people. Five stars without hesitation.
