Appalling Withdrawls
The reason for the review isn’t down to the site itself they have plenty of options for games and it’s a good casino for choice but wait till you try and withdraw.
They claim it should take a few hours to process but that couldn’t be further from the truth, I’ve been waiting 8hrs already for a withdrawal I made and now all of a sudden they claim it can take up to 7 days yes you heard correctly they believe that it’s okay to make you wait 7 days for your money. They also don’t allow you to make more than one withdrawal request at a time so if you win a couple of times quickly don’t expect to be able to withdraw it. They also then say you can use the “cooling off” option so that you freeze your account to not lose your winnings and claim this is them using responsible gambling. They clearly withhold your withdrawal for as long as they can so that you spend whatever else you win.
Such a shame as the site itself is decent bar it being a bit buggy.
I’d not recommend it solely due to the appealing issues with the withdrawals.

Overall anbefaler jeg man holder sig herfra og finder en bedre side. Support er en vigtig del af casinosites og denne har ikke styr på deres!
The response they provided was unhelpful and felt like it was written by AI without understanding my issue. My main concern was that I received no response in the chat, not just the issue with the bonus code. The problem with the code isn't that it's expired but that the layout itself is causing errors, which their reply didn't address at all. This response just reinforces my point. Like this response the chat then made it seem like I was at fault and should take a break from playing? My whole issue is their support says responsetime 2 min but takes several hours to then write like a chatbot. I just deleted my account permenantly but gave them opportunities to make this right. No response again for lets say 20 min even tho the timer said within 4 min.
So you can believe what you want but check it yourself. You cant write to support without an account but make one, type hi can you help me with ... and see when they reply. I guess 6 hours minimum

The chances of winning are almost Zero, and on top of that they do not answer the messages. I wanted to close my account, they replied for the first time and asked why, so I answered and confirmed that I wanted to close it. After that, they stopped responding and left the account open.
An unclean game to lure the player into playing again and losing more. I advise you to stay away.

So i made a account, on DrueckGlueck.dk(danish) Took the bonus. finish the bonus with a little monny left. Wanted to cashout. i sent alot of documents in, and after that i havent heard nanything for a week.
It says on web site it takes 12 hours normal, but might take up 48. The chat on the sits dosent work and there is no asnwer on mails
