Superb, fast service !
I called Dyno-rod today because my sewer has been blocking intermittently. Within a couple of hours from the phone call, they arrived at my house and I was very pleased at such a quick response.
Using a sewer camera they identified a dip in the pipe which causes a slow flow. They gave me couple of options for dealing with this and will privide me with an estimate. I am very impressed with this service and would highly recommend this company.

We saw the online advert that said no charge for call out
We saw the online address that said that they would send an engineer to look at the problem with no fee for a call out. When we booked the engineer we were told that we would be charged £195, before one was scheduled. We were desperate for someone to come and tell us what was wrong so I agreed. When he arrived, he took 10 minutes to unblock the drain. I think the charge was expensive.

Was so grateful for the 24/7 service after discovering a blocked toilet at my elderly mother’s home late in the evening . The engineer arrived in the dark within the allocated time slot and did a thorough job of unblocking the toilet and entire drainage system . He was very professional and polite and gave advice on how to rectify issues with the system that may have contributed to the blockage . Would recommend, thanks.
