As far as we can see, you didn't cancel your subscription renewal after the first three months, that's why you were billed for the next period. As an example, you can check any Apple subscription that you have on your iOS device, you will be billed for the iCloud usage until you cancel the renewal.

If you didn't want to continue to use the service, you could've simply canceled the renewal and no further charges will occur.
Unfortunately, you've never scheduled and asked for any meetings, all the questions that you've asked in the support chat were answered.
