No lock in. Books from ebooks.com may have DRM but do not lock you in to a book seller. A hard lesson I learnt after a long time.

Wow! It's "impressive" that your website directly block me from visiting your website. I use correct credentials to login but it says "password error". And I cannot recover my password through your link because I cannot receive thier recover mail, even in trash mailbox. The mail I use is gmail. I initially assumed that deleting the negative review would prompt you to assist me in resolving the issue. However, it appears that you are now destroying evidence instead. Now I will post the negative review below, and I have submitted all relavant evidence to paypal.
Original review:I never made purchases on your website but when I check my paypal account yesterday, I find a charge on my account without my approval. So I wanted to figure out who make this charge and whether my money will back. I have submitted an issue in your help system, then I cannot login and I can only contact your support staff with e-mail. Until now, still no one answers, except a merge notice. Please fix it as soon as possible.

I have asked for refund because of my school's strange rules. The status of the latest requests said it was processed. Couldn't have been easier, but...!
Couldn't have been easier to buy! But know that you'll probably have to download their app to read it offline... and the app is not that great. It's not intuitive - you have to swipe down from the top to get the menu to exit a book once you're in it.

It goes ok. Sometimes, when searching for certain books, it would be easier if I could search per title, but filter by a specific author. Maybe it's already possible, but not so intuitive.
