I started building websites without having a strong technical background. Although I've worked in IT and with various systems for many years, I had never developed websites before.

I discovered Divi because the online course I took was based on it. I had previously tried maintaining a website for a non-profit organization using Elementor, but I found Divi much easier and more intuitive to work with.

I'm very happy with my decision. The combination of Divi 5 and the outstanding WIP support from Elegant Themes helps me improve my skills every single day.

I've been a long-time user of their Divi theme with a lifetime subscription and it has been an amazing theme with dozens of customization options even though it doesn't receive many updates recently I believe as they're selling some new stuff separately. But this may not be 100% correct as I'm not actively using it recent months. Overall, amazing though.

Working on an old Divi 4 site and had an issue with blog posts not displaying in date order. My request for support was instant and Anupam fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Marvellous!

Outstanding Support That Solved What Hours of Troubleshooting Couldn't
As someone who builds websites professionally, good support isn't just convenient, it's essential. I recently signed up for Divi VIP, and my very first experience exceeded my expectations.

What a joke, how come there's a lot of 5 star review when the product(divi 5) is totally a trash

I spent all day trying to figure out an issue which was affecting a 'sign up' form on my website. After contacting Elegant Themes, Rea helped to resolve my issue in an instant!! I am so grateful and relieved, and would highly recommend contacting Elegant Themes for any of your website troubleshooting needs.

If you are looking to build a website for yourself and have minimum 150 hours to read and view tutorials to understand the new Divi 5 system, then you might be happy once this product is actually out of public beta (they announced twice that it was in the 5 weeks I tried it out without them ever stating clearly in the begining it was beta. Dishonest!). I built and manage my own website through another drag and drop system that, while not as infinitely adjustable as Divi, is actually possible to understand and start building quickly. Spent over 100 hours to get a fundamental grasp on this uber complex building system and the overal confusing ecosystem of Elegant themes and started to understand but still unable to create the website I needed. They finally started relasing more instruction for the new Divi 5 system nearly a month into my experience instead of just the old info on thier Divi 4 system. Had already taught myself by then on my own time and suffering. When I couldn't afford to spend more time on this system and asked for a refund, I was 5 weeks in to the subscription and they flat out refused to refund anything because it was beyond 30 days. This despite selling me a public beta system without clearly indicating this, and not providing the needed documentation and tutorials for someone new like me to grasp how to use this incredibly complex system (everything effects most everything in their design). I'm sure if you use Divi already, once they are actually out of beta with all the glitches then you will be pleased, but for the rest of us I would steer far away from a system that is FAR beyond the average user from a company that really only seems to care about keeping your money with no accountability for their product. I'll glady add a revision to this review if they can prove me wrong about their greed and refund my subscription. Now waiting....

8/7 Update. Well it took weeks to get a response and you continue to lie, either before or now. Your say you were out of beta in February, but your own blog says on 2/26 that your are officially out of beta, but then announce 6 more times in blogs that you are now "officially out of beta". Are deceiving by saying in Feburary that your were out of beta and finally fixing your problems, or are you deceiving by all of these "official" announcements to create hype and youre words don't mean what you imply? Same for your 30 day limit widow that may say it in the fine print or if you hover over an item, but is nowhere to be seen on your page where youre hocking your product and asking for my money. I really don't understand the hostility in your customer service and the lack of ownership for your misrepresentation in selling me an underdeveloped product posing as something finished, and offer only dated tutorials for the old version that leave me on my own to figure your new complex system. Do you take ANY accountability for this?! Nope, too busy counting my money. I suppose your boss, nick ROACH, may be apporpriatley named. Off to my credit card company now to fight your corruptness. What a waste you have been.

i was struggling to setup a template for one our woo-commerce categories, i had the wrong settings in theme builder, support found and fixed my error in 30 mins.

best GUI builder for wp hands down.

Jemelie was a huge help and efficient. She went above and beyond. Stepped in and looked for the issue while I worked on other projects and made the correction so I can pick back up on the finishing touches to the site and relaunch. She's awesome.

I am extremely satisfied with this company and my new lap-desk! The product itself is great, but what truly set them apart was their customer service.
