I had an agency plan paying $2,400 a year for several years, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Every response felt automated or bot-generated, and trying to cancel or downgrade the plan was far more difficult than it should have been. They make you jump through endless hoops just to make simple account changes.

If I’m paying $2,400 a year, I expect responsive and professional customer support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I cannot recommend this service unless they seriously improve their customer service and cancellation process.

Supremely powerful form builder, but still super easy to use…

I've been using EmailMeForm since they were a tiny company. I even got to talk to the founders at their very early stages. I think his name was James, not sure tho.
Their solution has grown a LOT since then. I use their embedded forms in all but one of the dozens of websites I support and I consider it one of my "secret weapons". I've created some truly complex forms with elaborate conditional questions, notifications and database updates. For example, we created am entire tax return form that displays different questions depending on which tax year they user selects. It allowed my client to eliminate in-office visits during Covid and my client -- a tax preparer -- had pretty much everything needed to complete their own clients' returns in one pass.
Take the time to learn how to use the "Logic" section of the form builder where lots of the power is, and also "tokens" in the auto responder section. That allows you to create elaborate messaging that gives a truly professional finish to your website project.
Highly recommended.
