Very untrustworthy I've been waiting since May to get a refund still haven't been trying there are worthless company lie and everything else

Hi emma relief team. Just want to respond to your latest email, 4th one now, explaining the return policy. I thought my last review was pretty clear/understandable. I guess not. I understand your goal, sell product. I understand your intention, sell product. I understand you have policies in place and you must follow them consistently for all customers. That tells me that you are misleading your customers consistently. I'll say it again, when you recommend 90 days and you say 90 day guaranteed refund; that can only be understood one way! Why not add to that "If purchasing multiple products, please read our return policy.". I'm pretty sure that that statement may cost you sells; but at least you would be forthcoming about your goals and intentions. As for me, I cannot trust you after purchasing a 90 day supply that I took 9 weeks with no improvement at all. Then trying to get a refund for my purchase with in those 90 days. You say your policy is to protect you from abuse on the returns. Who's going to protect your customers from you abusing them "consistently"?

Emma has helped me loose my belly fat and continues to help me be regular. It actually works and I recommend it to everyone who are having the same issues.

I tried for about a week, no results except make me lost of appetite, not feeling hungry and everything I ate doesn't taste as good like it used to. It has been a week since I stop taking it, my appetite is now back to normal again. I'm be able to enjoy food again and eating every 4 to 5 hours like I used to 😊

I have been taking EMMA for almost two months. The swelling in my legs & feet is gone and I'm having regular bowel movements & better digestion. Although I am not sure I have lost any weight yet but I am definitely less bloated. Hopefully if I keep taking it I will lose weight and feel even better. I bought supply for a year.

I did not feel any improvements after 3 months, and they sent me an invoice for three more months refill. I did not subscribe for any more refills. They pushed it with a "you may have subscribed for a refill but forgot about it" scam.
They closed my account pretty quickly, and I have no messages from them later - one star for this

I just started using Emma Relief, and I love it. This has truly been my best find of 2026. I am lactose intolerant, so I suffer from regular bloating, and this has been such a godsend. I can eat pretty much whatever I want and take this, and my bloating is pretty much nonexistent. It is also a huge plus if you're having trouble with bowel movements. This definitely helps with that.

I have been trying to get a refund on all products. I got them 3 1/2 weeks ago. finally someone sent me a label I packaged everything up put label on and returned all unopened. you receive and so far all I got a refund for $58 for one bottle not the $234 for oriningal order. all I have a phone number to my coach, who has returned one of the8 calls I have made to him. I used to have an issue of not able to discharge my poop in one go. And it becomes a problem when I have to leave home for short day trips.
