When your auto manufacturer’s warranty is about to run out or has run out, you’re responsible for any mechanical breakdowns your vehicle incurs. That can lead to thousands of dollars in auto repairs. Endurance can shield you from those high costs with a vehicle protection plan that will pay the mechanic directly for parts and labor.

The individual i spoke with was very helpful and informative. Quick and easy process. No claims yet so I hope the excellent service continues.
I called for a quote and was given the run around. The sales rep quoted me $194.00 per month. When I stated I wanted to call one other company, she said if I call back it will be $230.00 per month. She also stated that I have 113,00 miles and at 115,00 miles my suv will turn sluggish ( not maybe, but definitely) before I hung up i asked her when i call the company I should keep in mind that endurance is $230.00 per month and she said yes. I went with another company for $212.00 per month
I have had Endurance for a couple yrs now, i got them as part of my deal when i purchased my 16 f350 from the dealer. Endurance has saved me 3k miles away from home or anything else that has come up on this truck. Its always painless and my Ford dealer has 0 issues when dealing with them. So when I purchased my 18 Focus with only 69k miles it was a no brainer to add that car to my plan as well. I spoke with Cleveland Sanders yesterday (7/10/26) to get a quote on my Focus. Not only was he incredibly helpful and knowledgable, but he got me 2 amazing deals because 1* i already have an account and 2* because i called them 1st so the VIN scan showed they were the only ones to get the call which shows loyalty to the company. So now both of my vehicles are covered under their top coverage with the lowest deductible you can get. It truly is a great peace of mind to know my car is covered incase anything happens. Endurance give my man Cleveland a raise, he went above and beyond. Also Endurance pat yourself on the back because yall have been absolutely been amazing to me and my truck and now my car!
The representative epistemology of company was intriguing and comforting.
Would not recommend. Especially if you purchase this through a dealership. Unsure if the dealership is deceitful or Endurance, but evidently there's a clause not covering software updates but absolutely nobody mentioned clauses about things not covered. I absolutely would never have spent thousands on it without ensuring software coverage. What problems do we have with new cars today? Software! Rendered my car un-drivable and Endurance won't cover it, a rental car or anything because it wasn't "an approved claim". Congratulations Endurance, you have proven the industry standard for extended warranties.

They explained it so that I could understand what they were saying. No pressure sell, they let me ask as many questions as I needed to, no hidden agenda it’s all out in the open. Now I wish I would have gotten endurance a lot sooner

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THEY WON'T COVER YOUR REPAIR COST. THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE FINE PRINT THAT SAYS THAT THIS IS NOT ATTACHED OR IS ATTACHED TO SOMETHING AND IT IS NOT COVERED. I HAVE FILED 3 CLAIMS AND THEY HAVE DENIED ALL 3. THEY ARE FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON MY VEHICLE, BUT THEY HAVE THE DOUBLE TALK IN THE CONTRACT TO SAY IT ISN'T COVERED. THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. WHEN WE TOOK OUT THE POLICY, WE EXPECTED TO GET OUR TRUCK COVERED FOR BREAKDOWNS, THE WHOLE TRUCK, BUT THEY HAVE SO MUCH BULLSHIT IN THEIR CONTRACTS THAT THEY DON'T COVER MOST REPAIRS. IM WARNING YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AND THE REVIEWS YOU SEE ON THEIR PAGE ARE PAID FOR AND AREN'T TRUE. SO BEWARE PEOPLE.

When i signed up for endurance I was told pretty much everything under the hood was covered except battery. Boy was i mislead i had 2 claims they didn't cover either one resulting in me coming out of pocket over 2 grand. I do not recommend getting this warranty.

I purchased an Endurance Auto Warranty policy on May 28, 2026, expecting peace of mind and reliable coverage for unexpected repairs. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
During the active warranty period, the air conditioning system in my truck failed, resulting in a repair estimate of approximately $2,700. I filed a claim in good faith, assuming this type of failure would be covered. However, my claim was denied on the basis that the issue was considered a “preexisting condition.” This determination was made without any clear or documented evidence proving that the problem existed prior to my coverage start date.
What made the situation worse was the lack of transparency during the claims process. When I spoke with a representative, they did not initially inform me that there was a reconsideration or appeals process available. It was only mentioned much later in the conversation, after I had already expressed frustration with the denial. This omission felt misleading and prevented me from immediately pursuing a proper review of my claim.
Instead of offering a fair resolution, I was offered a small discount on my policy, which does not even come close to covering the $2,700 repair cost I am now responsible for. This felt dismissive and did not address the core issue.
Overall, I feel that my claim was denied without sufficient justification and that the claims handling process lacked transparency and fairness. Based on this experience, I would advise others to carefully consider whether this type of warranty will provide the coverage they expect when it is actually needed.
They\nWere knowledgeable.\nI like talking to the the dignity think I got a great deal.

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. My 85 year old dad was convinced into signing up for the endurance warranties for his car and my car. We were told we had a 30 day cancelation that would be "worry free" for any reason. After reviewing the contract, everything online and speaking to our go to mechanic we decided to cancel. Ot took 2 phone calls. When I say high pressure, that's putting it mild. The representatives (Sylvia and Lashonda) continued to talk over us, not letting us get a word in. And when they were finished we would say "we are still canceling" and then they would launch into another sales pitch. It took us yelling and screaming at Lashonda to stop talking and listen to even get her to respond. She then turned it on us saying we were being disrespectful and she has to earn a living, etc. That we were being rude and disrespectful to her. I get that these people have guidelinesto their job, but when the CUSTOMER is telling you over and over again that they want to cancel, you do right by the customer's wishes. I've never dealt with such disrespect. Don't be fooled if you get the easy "if you want to cancel within 30 days" pitch. I wish I had a recording of the call. It's almost comical how the representative tried to make us out to the rude bad guy.
Endurance told the service center that a decision on a claim would be made after oil sample. Results came back perfectly normal but they denied my claim based on an exclusion (which dealer said is wrong). Why do the oil test? It took them 2 weeks—I had no car and could not rent not knowing if it would be covered. I’ve been asking for the full claim file and inspector report and they will not send it. I’m sure they’re hiding something. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHES—STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They tried to offer a settlement to get rid of me but with very strict terms, not selling my soul to the devil with them.

Choose ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THIS ONE.
After paying on this insurance for months - the first time I needed them, they said I wasn’t covered. Not for either of the repairs. The repairs are not high cost either (under $2,000).
They are 100% frauds. There is no warranty coverage with this group.
I will be seeking a refund for the payments.
you are a scam. you ain't paid for shit.
save your money and pay the fornicating
bill.
