I am extremely disappointed with your service and my overall experience with your company.
After paying for my order, the parcel was dispatched but never arrived. I had to contact courier companies myself and carry out enquiries to try to locate it. Despite my efforts, I was unable to find my parcel.
I consider this level of customer service completely unacceptable. If the platform allowed it, I would give an even lower rating.
Based on this extremely negative experience, I would never purchase from your company again, nor would I recommend it to other customers.
