Ive ordered 2 roses recently, one for a birthday and one for a wedding. They have arrived quickly, packaged lovely and are really good quality roses with blooms and buds! Very impressed. Think the price reflects the quality and service very well.

I purchased a special rose for a golden wedding anniversary. The person I spoke with on the phone was beyond helpful and everything worked out perfectly.

When the rose arrived for the special occasion, my friend cried, she was so touched by the beautiful colour.

I am so pleased that I chose to buy from this company. Both Mamma Mia and Bright Star roses arrived looking really healthy.
The ordering process was straightforward, and the communication was excellent, especially as I requested a change to my order.
Delivery was speedy, and I was kept informed. Both roses were exceptionally well-packaged.

5 star experience from English Roses - particularly from Karen in Customer Services.
I had ordered a memorial rose for a family member, and paid for express delivery.
DPD had unexplained issues on the expected delivery date, so it was postponed. The next day I stayed in purposefully for it, constantly checking updates. It was not delivered to my door, but instead thrown (sideways) somewhere at the bottom of our drive.
Sadly someone must have taken it, so I never received the item, but Karen immediately ordered a replacement rose for me, and went above and beyond in making sure it was delivered safely to a Pickup Point.
The new rose was absolutely beautiful - packaged wonderfully, in a lovely condition, and perfect for its purpose.
Thanks again to Karen for her empathetic words, and efficient customer service.
Will certainly use again (and will avoid DPD, who did nothing to try and help me locate the original item).

I've got 3 roses.

Brilliant Sweet Dream (apricot) for my granddaughters 1st birthday.

My Girl (yellow) for her 2nd birthday.

I've just ordered You're Beautiful (red) for her 3rd birthday.

Blue for You (purple) was bought for me as a Christmas present.

They're all blooming beautifully, I love them, never had rose bushes before!

I bought one (pink) for my daughter-in-laws 30th birthday, she loves it and it's blooming.

Also bought Special Day rose for my sons in-laws after the wedding and it too is still blooming.

I really can't recommend English Roses highly enough. The ordering is easy & advice is excellent.

Memory Rose - Angel Baby Memorial Gift. Excellent quality and well packaged

The roses themselves seem healthy and the flowers are pretty. Although well packaged one box was badly damaged by the delivery company DPD. Thankfully the rose was ok. That said I'd asked DPD to put the roses in a safe place (in the shade.) They were left on the doorstep in full midday sun

Whole ordering process was straightforward from start to finish. Rose arrived when expected and communication all simple and clear. Great service and recipient of gift very pleased with their rose.

The site was easy to navigate, descriptions were good and I found exactly what I was looking for. My parents were over the moon to receive their rose-gift. I chose a potted variety in a basket so all they needed to do was unwrap and enjoy. They sent pictures of the rose plant and I can verify that she is a very healthy specimen so we are all pleased :)

I ordered the 60th rose for my Mum for her special birthday. It was received in good condition, she was very happy with it, hopefully it looks beautiful in her garden. Lovely selection of roses on the is website, I have ordered before and would recommend to anyone. Thank you English Roses :)

I bought a rose bush in willow basket as a bereavement gift. I was a little nervous not knowing what it would look like on arrival and just hoping it would be a decent size and have blooms etc. my worries were alleviated when I received a thank you message with a picture of a beautiful, healthy white rose bush with plenty of flowers.
I’m so delighted, not only great value and a gorgeous high quality bush, but next day delivery and very well packaged.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful rose bought as an anniversary gift. It arrived well packaged and on time. Lots buds on too. Very pleased.

I received a 80 th birthday rose gift .
The rose was diseased. Several flower heads had distorted centres and small thrips emerged from them over a few days.
On contacting the company their solution was to dead head the diseased heads and do not place them in the compost heap. I requested a replacement which was Refused. Dreadful customer service. How can they send an infected bush to your garden. Disgusting they ought to follow best practices from other nurseries
