I have used many electric bikes and scooters but in my opinion this company is number one with reasonable price and quality products. I have never seen a product of this quality and power before. Please do not risk buying low quality scooters from Amazon, eBay or Alibaba. Do not waste your money. Look for a company that is responsible to the customer. Thank you, Ez Environmental Services🫡🫡

We strongly dispute this review.
The order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, and we hold comprehensive evidence confirming this. This includes delivery photographs showing the property, the property number, and an individual at the address accepting the parcel. We have also independently verified the delivery location against the address provided on the order.
Following the customer's claim that the parcel had not been received, we made several attempts to contact them directly to discuss the matter and understand their concerns. Unfortunately, we received no response to our calls or emails.
Despite the clear delivery evidence available, the customer has since initiated a chargeback claim. We are fully contesting this claim and have submitted all supporting evidence to the payment provider for review.
We take genuine delivery issues very seriously and will always work with customers to reach a fair resolution. However, in this case, the available evidence clearly demonstrates that the order was delivered successfully to the address provided, and we do not believe this review accurately reflects the facts of the transaction.
We are confident that anyone reviewing the evidence will reach the same conclusion.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
After reviewing the images provided to us, the motor showed clear signs of significant water ingress and internal corrosion/rust damage. Unfortunately, damage caused by water exposure and misuse is not covered under the terms of our warranty policy, which is why the warranty claim was declined.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable with all customers, however warranty cover cannot apply where damage is clearly outside of manufacturing fault or normal use conditions.
In the meantime, we have contacted you directly via email in an attempt to help resolve this matter as quickly and fairly as possible, and we await your response.

Thanks EnviroRides, super fast delivery, delivered with care, it was packed well, easy to assemble, came with a tool kit, pump & even came with a mobile phone stand, I’m well impressed.
