I've been using you for a number of years.Put on my new Lenovo idea 5 2 in 1. You didn't protect me. Something got in, you alert me repeatedly, but you won't help me identify it or remove it. Knowledge base no help at this point.

The best antivirus ever!
Our family has used ESET Home Security Essential for nearly a decade after being recommended by a friend. It runs so quietly in the background on our Desktop and Laptops that it's easy to forget that we have it. Only once were we attacked by a new virus that had not been addressed yet - Within a couple hours, an update was received, a scan run, and the threat destroyed. The best antivirus ever without taking up a vast amount of memory.

Microsoft can't update my OS and ESET will no longer support my curent OS, and even though I was assured it would be possible for ESET to do so, you WON'T REIMBURSE MY RECENT RENEWAL even though it was money FOR NOTHING. You have my permission to share this review with everyone. I certainly am letting everyone know at my work and the all the contacts I accumulated at the University where I taught for 30 years about your practices. Is there anything else you want from me?
