I don't like your manner of renewal. I have automatic renewal. Yet, you solicit renewal via several e-mails two months prior and up to the renewal date to renew NOW prior to the auto renewal! That is very annoying.

I am truly grateful for the protection from hackers. ESET has provided a very welcome sense of security while I work online. I do wish, though, that the password protection service would be continued.

I have enrolled and paid but no service
I have enrolled and paid, but think I have not activated product. One notice I received said I am activated, but another says to add the 10 digit activation number. I cannot find it anywhere. Csn someone please help me??
