7 year old Dell Desktop running great with Eset!
My Dell desktop is 7 years old. I took it to Microcenter to have the Secure Boot app checked out because it was due to expire. Come to learn that Eset had already taken care of the secure boot app and it didn't need anything else. The system checked out great and doesn't need anything. Eset has been the security system for 7 years and there is nothing needed.

Too many emails
I have used ESET for many years and have been happy with the protection. However, they send way too many unnecessary emails that I miss the important ones. I wish they had a way to filter out only the important emails or just send me a text message when I need to know something like the product I am using is being phased out.

System seems to work well
System seems to work well, but no matter what I do to block texts and emails, the same ones keep coming back. Very frustrating and very time consuming..

I've been using it for over a decade
I've been using it for over a decade. Very little overhead, fast, easy on resources. I love all the features in the Standard version, and and recently upgraded to the Premium version for VPN and other added plusses. If I wernt already using another ID protection I would have updated to Ultimate. If you are not using ID protection GET IT! It will remove your data from 100's of data brokers monthly. It sure has reduced scam calls I get.

The protection for my Desktop computer & paid for other devices to no avail
The protection for my Desktop computer has been good, your Customer/Technical HelpDesk has been horrid - The App in the playstore didn't work (wasn't compatible with my MotoE Smartphone Android version 10) nor do I know how to protect my router and SmartTV - I'm a layman, not an IT or Programming expert. I purchased the multiple protections in vain.

Peace of mind
Whenever I hear a friend complain that they were hit with some virus attack, I very quietly give thanks to ESET that I am not affected. I don't want to jinx it, but I very much appreciate ESET's attention to guarding my electronics. The first app I install on any new device is ESET.
