Eset was recommended when I bought my laptop years ago; I never heard of it but I'm not "techy" so I took his suggestion. It has been top notch, I get occasional security updates (summaries) and it is constantly monitoring, noted by the little "e" in the corner. I've not had one issue since I bought the laptop and installed this, and renewed it one year ago. Excellent!

I don't have any major issues as it's easy to navigate and understand. BUT (and there's always a 'but') sometimes I feel like it's an overkill on the security. Name brand grocery stores really don't have to be questioned. The worse that could happen is that someone tapped a digital coupon on an item I wasn't going to buy that week. lol I'm a senior and I take longer to learn my way around apps and then forget the next time I enter. Overall I feel secure with Eset and for now plan on staying with it. I didn't
check the 'I'm happy to receive' at the end of this as I don't know what Trustpilot is.

I have been protected. My problem lies with not knowing what computer and tablets are covered being that 2 to 3 are not supposedly being used by me and not knowing what is and what isn't. I have 5 allowed, but 3 not used. The numbers don't help me know what they are, old computers or tablets? I know I have a computer and a laptop computer, but what are the other3?

ESET catches everything
ESET catches everything! I feel very secure with it. The only complaint I have is that VPN is extra $. I'm retired and on a fixed income. It would be a solid 5 stars if I could have VPN without paying extra for it.
