The site works well but could be improved. Finding the "register" link was on the opposite side of the screen from most of the information, so I almost didn't see it.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Swift process!
Quick to use
Very frustrating!!!
There was no option to create an account. I couldn't add another ticket. When I tap take me to my tickets it doesn't. I still don't know if I have one or two tickets. I've had to start over 3 or 4 times and I'm going to have to do it again because I couldn't add another ticket for my friend that is coming with me. Very frustrating!!! Also I thought this was an in house feedback option only to see it's Trustpilot and I'm guessing they'll want me to sign up or download an app. BOO HISS!!!

Eventbrite is awkward to use
Eventbrite is awkward to use and has a habit of not recognizing me as a human even when i am wearing my human skin mask. Eventbrite requires a lot of signing in and verifying that other similar services do not. I have no choice about using it because event sponsors sign up with it

Bad Ticket Seller
As others have said, this just isn't a good company to buy tickets through. We were to go to a local music event which was cancelled and it is now to take place in 3 months time instead. We asked for a refund as this didn't suit us (we will be away on holiday) but we have gotten no reply to any of our communications. We then opened an official complaint process on their website but they didnt acknowledge that either. Buyer beware. We lost our money.
Fun and Easy
It was easy to use but it timed out too quickly when you are inputting other people's information.
Easy to use even for older adults.
Easy enough
