Absolutely horrible service, thought the price listed was going to be my final cost for flight, then I was told I had to pay an additional 1000$. When I asked to cancel the representative said he already charged my card when I never agreed on even paying 1000$ more. They refuse to let me cancel, they refuse to let me get the flight confirmation number. Horrible service, representative Jesus is a crook.

Stay away from this company.
They advertised one fare, then contacted me claiming it was no longer available and tried to charge substantially more. When I asked to cancel, I was told I would lose my money unless I accepted a different flight. Feeling pressured, I agreed, only to discover additional charges afterward.
I attempted to cancel within 24 hours, but the company refused to help.
In my experience, this is a classic bait-and-switch. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and cannot recommend doing business with Expertos en Vuelo.

I ended up paying almost double what the website told me, and they never show the total cost including taxes upfront; you only find out about the taxes when you pay for the flights. Also, they changed my itinerary compared to what I had chosen on the website. LUCIA GARCIA was very friendly, but I wasn’t satisfied with the service provided by the company because it's misleading from start to finish.

This website is a complete scam. Do not use. Ticket not issued. Wasted an hour with my bank and the airline getting the charge reversed and credit card cancelled. Any positive reviews on here are clearly fake.

Pagas un precio, tiquete de ida y vuelta, te lo cobran y luego dicen que falta un monto para terminar de comprar, el tema es que ese monto son 2 veces más!!

Nos atendió una tal "Lucia Garcia" obvio era una estafadora con acento francés. Al no completar el otro pago empezó a acosarnos, llamadas, correos, nos mandó un link según ella para pagar el resto y que luego nos hacían la devolución.

Lo otro es que cuando se paga emiten un recibo que dice UNITED UNITED.COM US el cual es falso ya que llamamos directamente a la aerolínea y no había nada reservado.

You pay a price for a round-trip ticket, they charge your card, and then they claim that an additional amount is required to complete the purchase. The problem is that this extra amount is more than double the original price!

We were assisted by someone called "Lucia Garcia" — obviously a scammer with a French accent. When we refused to make the additional payment, she started harassing us with phone calls and emails. She even sent us a link, claiming it was to pay the remaining balance and that we would later receive a refund.

Another issue is that when the payment is made, they issue a receipt that says "UNITED UNITED.COM US," which is false. We contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that no reservation had been made.

These people at Expertosenvuelo are so desperate for money that even when your card as declined for the amount they put on the internet they take part payment this is unbelievable and tell you to go borrow from family the rest to pay for the ticket that they double up on price, seriously just leave the people money so they can go search for cheaper ticket. My husband was going abroad for his father funeral and the woman Garcia have no sympathy keep telling me to go borrow money or use another card I insist I have no more money and she has no heart she told me I’m not getting back my money. O God of heaven pour out your wrath upon them.
Do these reviews go to the right persons thou because their must be some law that guide how these people operate.

I advise that persons don't use these people to book their flight, they are dishonest and appears to be scammers based on how they operate. How can you display the price for a ticket and after you book, they call you to say the ticket is twice the amount, when you are unable to pay, they try to take all of your money after you try to cancel. God is going to deal with you all for your dishonesty. The lady who dealt with me her name is Garcia she is rude and arrogant hangs up the phone on me on several occasion even call me on private number. God is going to deal with you lady.

What made my experience exceptional, was the support I received from Lionel. He was not only professional, but he was extremely kind, patient and worked really hard to resolve my problem. It is not often that this type of customer service is given but Lionel truly is a five star employee!

I was the victim of a scam while trying to change a Lufthansa flight.
I searched online for a Lufthansa phone number and found one that appeared to be an official Lufthansa contact. When I called, the person who answered confirmed that I had reached Lufthansa.
I asked to change my flight. The change was processed, but I was asked to pay an additional €100 on top of the normal change fee. When I questioned the price, I was told that this was a penalty fee because I had already checked in.
Because I was under time pressure and very stressed, I paid the amount. During the call I was also asked to confirm that I would not request a refund, which I unfortunately agreed to.
At no point during the conversation was it made clear to me that I was not speaking with Lufthansa. The employee identified himself as “Pedro” and told me that if I had any problems, I would need to call the United States (from Europe), because he would be my only contact person.
The first payment attempt failed, so a second attempt was made.
After I found out that I did not talk to Lufthansa and had a look at Trustpilot, I tried contacting the company via the email address that appears in several negative Trustpilot reviews, but I never received a reply and my money was not refunded.
Instead, another attempt was made to charge my card again for €100. I have now blocked my card.
I strongly advise others to be extremely careful when searching for airline phone numbers online and make sure that it is not a company like this one.

I got a call and the agent Alvin Martin who walk me through the entire booking on March 3 2026. It was simple and easy to use the company.
