I ordered sanding discs

I ordered sanding discs. The advertised price was around $32. They charged my card double that amount. And, that was after they applied their discount.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

T29 Flap Sanding Discs (60 Grits - 50pcs, SKU: 80FD6011). The correct listed and advertised price for this 50-piece bulk pack is $81.97. After applying your 15% discount code (WELCOME15) which deducted $12.29, your credit card was charged exactly $69.68.

There is no $32 price point listed anywhere on our store for this 50-piece set. The only product close to that pricing is our orange 4-1/2" Paint & Rust Stripping Discs, which are priced at $32. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding or a mix-up between these two completely different types of discs during your browsing.

I ordered the 15" pruning blades and as…

I ordered the 15" pruning blades and as soon as you unpack them they are razor sharp. Used to swear by Bosch blades but now these are my go to blades. The advert said "replaces your chainsaw" and i laughed but upto 125mm diameter I would have to agree as they are so good. 5 stars from me.

No local stock shipped from China LONG DELAYS. False advertising

update 15/05/26: Ezarc have been in touch following my email to them and they have apologised for the delays and they have refunded the order, telling me to keep the blades when they finally arrive. I was not expecting that at all and have to say that that has lifted my impression of them - that is real customer care. Therefore I will move this to a 3* - if the blades arrive and I get a chance to test them then I will edit again. Currently I would look at ordering from them again but knowing that there may be a delay in them arriving so I would factor that in second time round.

Tools are advertised as if locally and also using US actors. At no point are you informed during your order that the parts will be shipped from China. Words like free fast shipping used etc make you think they are more local. So far 6 days and package doesn’t appear to have left China. Avoid unless you can wait decades.

Products are ok, horrible offshore shipping and customer service

I ordered over $300 worth of reciprocating blades, cut off wheels, and flap discs for my business. The initial shipment arrived in 2 separate packages weeks later- the first was one item in an Amazon package, the second was a series of bubble wrapped packages bound together with packing tape. Between the 2, they represented about 60% of my order. I contacted customer service who said I was sent everything, and asked for detailed pictures of the labels, packaging, and items. Upon sending that, they agreed to send the missing items. Fast forward to weeks later still, and I received the package today, which contained only 1 of the 7 missing items. I give up, you’ve lost what would’ve been a long term commercial client.

I want to make this right for you immediately, without asking you to jump through any more hoops or send any more pictures.

Here is exactly what we are doing to resolve this for you today:

Immediate Refund: I am issuing a refund for your order amount right now. You should not have to pay for an experience full of delays and missing items.

Shipping the Missing Items: We are not just refunding you; we are still going to get your tools to you. Once we conclude our investigation, we will expedite the remaining missing items to your address at absolutely no cost.

Internal Investigation: When we created your replacement order, it was systematically generated to include all of your missing items. We have urgently contacted both our warehouse team and the shipping carrier to find out if the items were forgotten during packing or lost in transit. Additionally, when items are out of stock locally, they are sometimes routed from alternative warehouses, which can result in split shipments—but we failed to communicate this to you properly.

You don't need to lift another finger or send us your order number, as we will locate your account details on our end to process the refund immediately.

Slow shipping - No delivery estimate

The website appears to be US-based, has reviews by and images of US contractors. The product description refers to Japanese quality tree trimming blades for reciprocating saws. Once you place your order, your credit card is tagged immediately. The shipping label is created within a day. That was on 20 March.
The tracking data was from some never-before-heard-of shipping outfit called GOFO. It only shows days in transit and dates and times it showed up at the many stops along the way. It never shows an estimated delivery date. The shipment languished for several days in Texas before slowly making it to New Jersey, hung out in RI, and then to my doorstep - a total of 8 days after the order was placed. I needed these blades for the recip saw to finish the cleanup of the yard after a blizzard a month earlier. The delivery guy showed up on Sat AM- 28 March in a 15 year old Camry with a GOFO sticker on the hood. That was at the precise moment I had finished cutting up and hauling away all of the downed trees and limbs using a locally available recip saw blade.
The blades are heavier than the locally available ones I had used for many years. That causes the recip saw to kick back more. They cut at the same rate as others I have used.

Reciprocating saw blades work very well

I got some EZARC blades for a reciprocating saw but have not used them yet. I got another brand that is very similar and they work great. I like the reciprocating saw much more than a chain saw. I expect the EZARC blades will also work very well.
