Great, easy ordering process. They are usually in stock of everything I need.

The only thing that has ever happened is shipping label on the bottom of the box so all internal boxes were upside down as well so product shifted in container. Every other order has always shipped perfectly.

Finding independent accessories on here saved our showroom setup this month. Delivery was quick, and the fragile glassware actually arrived boxed properly. Stacking order minimums across three different makers at once eats into cash flow for smaller drops, though. But when one ceramic piece arrived cracked, they credited the invoice within an hour of uploading photos.

Love the product offering. The shipping fees with Insider is cost saving. The product was delivered quickly and when we had an issue with a damaged product, it was resolved quickly.

Very disappointing experience with this company.

I placed an order and 18,000 CZK was charged from my card. However, the company later cancelled my order and never refunded my money. I also never received the products I paid for.

I contacted customer support several times to resolve the issue, but instead of helping me, they keep telling me that my account is not verified and that they cannot provide any guarantees or information.

I even created a new business account and contacted support before placing another order. I asked for confirmation that my new order would actually be processed and shipped, because I cannot risk losing another significant amount of money. Their response was basically that they cannot guarantee anything until I place the order.

So I am expected to pay again without any guarantee, while 18,000 CZK from my previous cancelled order is still not refunded.

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am simply asking for my money back and a clear explanation of what happened.

I would not recommend this company until they resolve this issue.
