Horrid restaurant and service
Horrid restaurant and service. Not clean, had to wipe the table myself. Chips were cold. So expensive for what you get. Its always empty! How is it still trading. The staff are sooo rude, especially the manager at the Bluewater site.

There are no option for vegetarians
There no option for vegetarians. The sandwich has a big bun, 2 piece cucumber and a tomato with lil lettuce (absolutely no taste!!!). I wish they had some options where even vegetarians or vegans can enjoy with their non-veg families.

To confirm, our Veggie Sandwich consists of a toasted burger bun with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms, and grilled green peppers. You have the option to add cheese and any other of our free toppings. We do not serve cucumbers at Five Guys.
We also have a Grilled Cheese option with toasted bread and melted cheese. We have not yet found a meat-free patty that meets the flavour profile we seek. Our fries are also vegan friendly.

My first visit to a Five Guys and got sucked in by all the posters plastering the walls. What I got was something marginally better than a Big Mac with a big price tag. I mean £18+ for one cheeseburger and chips? The taste was good but it was two burgers slapped together in an untoasted bun and I deliberately chose nothing on it in order to get the proper flavour the posters promised. Big disappointment, big con. I've never experienced such a poor burger in the US so if this really is a US owned business they'd do well to review quality, cooking and presentation practices.

Although good for a junk food fix, the product, aftertaste and unpleasant feeling of indigestion are all too similar to the McDonalds experience - except double the price, and with even less atmosphere!! Don’t be fooled by the hype (or the Ed Sheeran posters).

Staff was untrained, rude, could not speak English.
First and last time I pay £36 for 2 burger meals.
