Avoid if you think you might want assistance

Rude people from start to finish. Particularly the TSA guy on Wednesday 14th Jan around 17:00. My daughter and I were obviously lost because the signage for connecting airlines is non existent. A uniformed officer was walking with another and I politely said, excuse me… could you….. but before I could ask… direct me to BA terminal, he said loudly and with no eye contact “ I’m on a break”!! What an unprofessional person, basically if you are in uniform walking the airport you are representing the airport!! You are a rude nasty person I hope you are reading this! As well as this, everyone we encountered at this airport hated being there obviously and was unwilling to help!! Avoid it at all cost

Incredibly poor check-in and immigration clearance process.

Nice and friendly duty-free area after check-in, with comfortable cafés to wait for your flight. However, the layout of the check-in and immigration clearance process is incredibly poor. After security checks, you enter the duty-free zone thinking you're done, only to find, much later, a second immigration clearance zone just before reaching your gate. We arrived 3 hours early and waited peacefully near our gate. But 60 minutes before departure, we discovered a huge unexpected queue for immigration, with no help from security despite our repeated requests. Staff simply told us to queue. Only thanks to the kindness of fellow passengers were we able to make it in time. At the gate, even airline staff admitted this happens regularly and encouraged us to file a complaint. Poor planning is putting passengers at risk of missing flights. This must change!!!
