Special occasion was missed thanks to fnp
We placed an order for flowers delivery at morning 8-3pm slot for Lucknow area recipient ; we get an email in the morning that delivery is delayed and then when I called the call centre they say we have no flowers other than roses and will try and deliver by 9pm. How unprofessional they can be and be warned the special occasion that you want to surprise will be wasted and spoilt by fnp. As a customer you are helpless
