Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 2,063 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers generally have mixed feelings about the products and their quality, with some finding them effective for various conditions like ED and hair loss, while others report no significant changes or even adverse reactions. The service and customer support also receive ambiguous feedback, with some people praising the responsiveness of doctors and the overall "hands-off" approach, while others describe frustrating experiences. However, some customers also noted significant dissatisfaction with the subscription model, citing difficulties in canceling, unexpected charges, and a lack of transparency regarding renewal costs. A few other people also felt that the company's "personalized care" was not delivered, experiencing a lack of continuity and generic responses from providers.

Need more patience

Things are going ok. I feel I’m getting some hair thickness maybe not as much as I was expecting but it’s only been 4 months. I need to be more patient

Adverse reaction and no refund accommodation

I had a concerning experience with a prescription from Hims & Hers. I was prescribed Topiramate and began taking it as directed. Within about two weeks, I developed significant side effects including depression, frequent crying, intrusive negative thoughts, tingling in my extremities, and taste disturbances.

I reported these symptoms through their platform, and their provider advised me to stop taking the medication immediately. As a result, I was unable to continue treatment and only used a small portion of the prescription.

I contacted customer support multiple times requesting a refund or accommodation due to the adverse reaction and provider-directed discontinuation. Each time, I received the same response citing a strict “no refunds after dispensing” policy, without any consideration of the medical circumstances. (note, each response took 12-24 hours to receive which is another issue with this company)

I understand medications can have side effects, but I was disappointed that there appears to be no flexibility or patient-centered resolution when a customer experiences a significant adverse reaction and cannot safely continue treatment.

I would encourage others to fully understand the refund policy and potential risks before proceeding.

I bought 6 bottles of your ed meds…

I bought 6 bottles of your ed meds because you stated they were better than generic sildenafil. They were not. Now im left with a hefty purchase when the quality is not there. Not even a partial refund. The doctor suggested a stronger dose but, that i would have to pay for it again full price. The last survey i tried filling out took me to a page that just said thnk you without taking the survey.

Easy to get the GLP1 pill

Easy to get the GLP1 pill. Hard to move from the first dosage to the next level. I had to wait until all the pills were gone even though I felt like I could move up quicker.

I have lost 12 lbs so far. Not bad.

USPS

Stop using the USPS. The government run mail service is pathetic compared to any other carrier, and a drain on our taxes. At least provide a choice to use whatever carrier we want even if it cost more!
