I ordered a product from Fruugo UK on December 16 2014. The money was deducted from my account but it is now Jan 18 2015 and i have heard nothing. I have sent 20 emails to the company over
the last week but no response. Have i been scammed and which authorities do I report this to? I will never use them again.
