I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with this particular casino. When I googled it originally, I was a little hesitant because it was a legit site. However, there were a lot of complaints about payout and the amount of the payout and having to wait a really long time for their withdrawals. Personally, I won $1600 off of a five dollar deposit with bonuses. As there are weighting requirements, I did not get that amount not even close however, I was aware of this when I read the requirements ahead of time and yes sometimes it’s disappointing when you think you’re getting that whole amount but when you read it correctly, you will see what the terms are. I still walked away with a my and was quite ecstatic about it. At the end of the day, I only deposited five dollars and walked away with over a few hundred so in my view that is a win.!!! also when it came to the withdrawal itself, I was concerned because it did say that it could take 3 to 5 business days after being approved however, I did not wait that long at all. They were ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. There was no issues whatsoever. And I have nothing but good things to say. Yes, you wait your original 24 hour roughly processing time but once it’s processed and you’ve been approved, they were fantastic about getting it as soon as possible.

Ive won on this site and got my funds but its the customer service that made me left
Ive been playing with this site for awhile and I even recieved my winnings and have been very happy, BUT today is what sent me over the edge. Today, September 29 2026. The site was going array from saying that i couldnt play my bonus because I was located somewhere else, to it full shut down of the site. Now they refunded me the bonus to play another bonus. Which I accepted. But then the site was going array again for about half an hour. I was finally able to play through the technical difficulties but it was frustrating. During my bonus game it was coming to an end and it asked me "do you want to pay for an extra spin on the gamble" I tried pressing the green button but it kept bringing me to a page saying not available. I went at that for another half hour thinking it was my connection. It was not. I did end up losing my bonus at my own fault which I accept whole heartily. I wanted to resolve the issue with how the playing of the site and how the service just for today went array. After much conversation I found myself frustrated with no resolution. Mind you im also aparently a VIP player. Ive been very happy with my winnings but today's interaction with customer service put me off. This "tobi" person, not my personal vip rep to my account, asked me if there was a "gambling issue" wheather I have or dont have a gambling issue, no one should be asked that while trying to resolve the issues. The moment this tobi asked that question I lost it because ive been happily playing on the site made a few losses and a few good winnings all to boil down to someone asking me if I have a problem. My problem isnt the gambling I was happy with the service UNTIL TODAY and it felt like the issue was me.
You can win and recieve winnings there no issue ive had with that but customer service you have failed immensely.
For that i closed my account and put out this honest review. If you play with this casino, be WARNED. customer service will try to pin it on you that youre the problem, not them and not find ways to have resolving ways to work through their issue if the site goes haywire.

Scam Personal Information
This site allowed me to sign up for an account, even though I am apparently not in a region that allows use of their site, and when I requested my account and personal information be removed, they refused. Obtaining someone's personal information, and then informing them they cannot use the site, and refusing to delete their personal information is a breach of trust, do not trust this site, you will probably get scammed. Review is the first step, from here I will be escalating this issue to legal representation.

Had my request for withdrawal approved on the 7th Aug. After getting verified and giving the exact same bank account that my deposits originate from, my withdrawal is not in my account. It is now 16th Aug. 3-5 days is their policy. You’d think that violating their own T&C’s, their contract with us, the client would place some sense of urgency towards finding a solution. No such sentiment even exists. After being told that the payment has been processed and left their system the issue has to be with my payment provider. Ok fine. Can you provide me proof of payment to give to my bank to trace and locate payment. I have spoken with my bank and there is no pending payment. I am now at 9 days and been consistently told for the last 3 DAYS to wait on the “relevant department” to send through proof of payment. How on earth can it take 3 days to pull a receipt??? How can they tell me my withdrawal has been processed but not be able to show me any transactional information. Answer: They simply do not care about how much they inconvenience you. They’ve already taken your funds and they will not place any importance or urgency on ensuring you receive yours. The complacent ignorance, lack of understanding and finger pointing at other departments or payment providers as reasons “why this hasn’t” been done moves us further away from solution. Not 1 person in the chat or support roles would give an answer or provide a date I would receive payment. That speaks more to the ethics held within the company rather than the individuals, either way the complacency in not being able to fulfill their financial obligation or realise they have put someone out leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.
