trying to buy a game on there only to have nothing but issues got to the end of checkout said $50 something I had more then that in my bank it even said you'll be charged this amount and they've got some hidden fee or exchange fee behind what I'm actually being told sick of these sites thinking they can take take take in secret without us noticing or caring

Told game was activatable in my country but when receiving key and attempting to activate told me it was unable to activate. I contacted support and they immediately resolved my issue. Great service

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a key seller. Fast delivery, good discounts, clean UI to understand which game works which region, and most importantly keys just worked. Bought MKXL, MK11 and MK1 and had no issues whatsoever.

Pre ordered MH Wilds 2 days before it's out and got my key after payment. Solid experience.

This PC game key seller is technically legitimate from what I've seen but there's two key yellow flags of caution about them they don't disclose up front.

1. They are UK based so the US dollar conversation rate nullifies any potential deal you could get over the competition such as green man gaming and Fanatical amongst some others. It actually ended up being $3 more expensive from GameBillet compared to the previously mentioned two because they list American dollar prices when they should have listed the American dollar prices with the conversion rate from the UK's price point. It's a small price difference in details but when you're trying to maximize bang for buck it's not transparent with the customer straight up.

2. The refund policy is very eyebrow raising and suspicious. As a new customer you could easily make the mistake of revealing the key code early without knowing any of this information. Thankfully I didn't run right into it and I contacted customer support so we'll see how this turns out. They seem legitimate but they are without a doubt hiding things.

wow i was buying hearts of iron IV and it was only 10.53 euros or dollars, not sure, and on steam its 50 dollars and the key worked and i got the game. really happy with my purchase lol i was not thinking it was legit for that cheap

Purchased the wrong game in error, filled out an online form and sent an email to their support team requesting a refund and I haven’t heard anything back yet which doesn’t exactly instil me with much confidence.

What’s going on? Happy to revise my review if I’m proven wrong, but at the moment I don’t rate the service.
