I have had to miss 3 days of work (and maybe more as the problem is still not resolved) due to their inability to do their job. The first day I missed was for the regular check-up, so I'm not counting that day. The technician said that there was something wrong and we had to change the thermostat to have proper heating and hot water. So I missed a day of work to have that installed and it turns out it wasn't needed. Another technician had to be called in to take a look (second day of work missed because they don't know what they are doing). He ordered some pieces and was supposed to come back today but they decided to change the time of the appointment without notifying me (third day of missing work). Even though I called out of work for the appointment today, I will have to miss yet another day of work do to their lies and incompetence. And this isn't even considering the hundreds of euros that have been spent on the equipment they say I need. Needless to say, avoid them at all costs.
