I'm a first time driver and I just signed my new car insurance. Besides receiving the best quote on the market I was very happy with the friendly and helpful approach provided by Jayce. Every time I called back I had my questions answered without a doubt and I felt like talking to a friend not a salesperson.

Great service

I needed insurance, posted a request on their website after hours, received a phone call within 10 minutes and my insurance was sorted.
That is how you make things painless for a customer

At no point did I consent to take my number and get absolutely harassed by your agents. Quoting shouldn't work like this, it's 2026 for pete's sake.

Edit (since I can't give you more info for some reason).
The UX flow on your site is very misconceiving. The CTA saying 'Get a quote' leads to a micro flow where the user selects the size of his household (or rather the type) and provides a phone number - to presumably get quotes (?). At no point there is a disclaimer saying that 'A number of selected agents will contact you by phone in the next 24h' (which is a very important detail). Essentially it's a hot lead gen with a dark pattern of not disclosing intent. Other aggregators that I've used either bring this upfront (to which I say no thanks) or simply let you 'send your results' to the phone number provided - a common UX pattern. What happened to me was an unintentional disclosure of my phone number to you without consent that lead to a bombardment of unsolicited calls throughout the day (you should see my phone log..) which I had to block every 10-15min. Like come on..

I had a great experience with easySure. Nicolas, the sales guy, not only gave me a really good deal but also went beyond expectations by providing lots of clear and helpful information. He explained everything patiently and with a big smile, which made the whole process easy and pleasant. Very happy with the service!

Great customer service

Saw one of their ads and got them to contact me, got a really good offer and even larger coverage than I had before with my previous endurance company. Their staff has been really nice and welcoming and makes the transition super smooth.
