Misleading packaging 😤

The boxes are deliberately made to confuse when there’s only 1 blade and 1 handle.
Why can’t you put them in transparent packs so we can see what we are buying.

I used Gillette almost ALL of my Adult…

I used Gillette almost ALL of my Adult years and was mostly satisfied with the product.
I was so dissapointed with a product which I valued so highly that I almost didn't want to (waste my time) complaining about the blades given that I NO LONGER use Gillette and the fact that there were so many other valid complaints from others experiencing ALL of the same recent faults as I did.

A hoax

First of all, the package buying a new set is a hoax . It should appear to have 5 cartridges, but only have 1.
Most of the blades are so bad quality and after 3 shaves unusable when you have heavy beard growth.
You should be ashamed selling this crap. The fancy wrapping is the most expensive of the kit

From best to worst. Disgraceful rip off

The decline in quantity of Gillette blades has been astonishing. Previously I'd get at least five uses before blades started to blunt, now, they're blunt right out of the box. I thought it was a one off, 3 or 4 packs later, I can confirm, blunt blades are the new standard. Disgraceful

Cut legs. Coupon offered. You can’t make this up.

Very very bad Customer Service. I was using a Gilette sensor three razor and the razor was defective and I have cut my legs and this is not good. I sent Procter & Gamble/Gilette photos of the defective razor as well as my legs and they said here’s a coupon. Yeah, that’s right let’s give you a coupon for the product that harmed you. You can’t make this up. I’m looking at my legs now and it’s been a week and one of them looks like it’s getting infected and they just completely disregarded my photos and the razor. My claim to them was 1000% accurate no ambiguity. How dare they offer me a coupon. It was a slap in the face actually.

Zero customer service terrible product

Purchased a hair trimmer from gillete as seen the adverts on the internet and looked very good. £60.
Arrived well packaged etc. tried it first time .. noisy, kept missing hairs so had to repeat several times and overall did a terrible job. Tried to contact gillete oh wow what a run around .. emails you can't reply to web links that don't work etc etc etc could not get anywhere at all. So now I have a +£60 brick and gillete as a retailer are absolutely terrible at customer service. Enquiry 751341397. Gillete if you want to do something that's my enquiry number. No high hopes ....

Pubic hairs in your commercial

I am writing to tell you that your commercial is highly inappropriate and because you think it is okay to show intimate parts of a woman's body, specifically her stubby pubic hairs, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE your products. What's next, bloody tampons and sanitary napkins, vomit and doo doo?

Sincerely,
Disgusted in Texas

Very disappointed in the proglide…

Very disappointed in the proglide blades. They miss even more whiskers than the fusion 5 blades, which moose much more than my old sensor xl blades did. Having to find and reshape all that missed hair makes it take longer too. Bring back the Sensors!

"gel for comfort" is invented to injure you!

You guys started with making the blades become blunt sooner with higher prices for the "new tech"

Now you made it so that the blades slice you up in 2 months if you dont change it because one of the sides that is supposed to level the blades comes off with water.

You made the shaving blade literally hurt people so they buy more.

I dont know how despicable this can be.

I will tell everyone to avoid your hostile predatory garbage!

Avoid gillette proglide shield yellow

Don't waste your money as they are expensive, shave quality is bad and i had to buy new handle they changed the adaptor because these new Proglide shavers Yellow coloured razer don't fit the old one an added expense, nicks and cut's going over and over same areas to try to get a closer shave they remind me of the old Bic razers cheap and nasty but there's 5 of them in the one head the experience has put me off Gillette for life

Recent disturbing lack of sharpness after only 2 shaves!

I have used the Fusion blades for years. But the recent batch of Gillette Proglide Plus Razor Cartridge Refills have gotten dull after like only 2 shaves! Ridiculous for such an expensive blade. And their "customer service" is just a facade for deny, delay, avoid. Need to find a new blade.

Never a smooth shave

I have a difficult time finding products that work, and Gillette used to be one of my go to items. However, I've noticed (since 2017) the both the electric and the blade razors are both absolute garbage. The Gillette company always claims that their products will give the smoothest and safest shave out there but no matter what the device or product there's still hair left behind. To top it off the hair is painful and stiff.

Review on Gillette mach3

Review on Gillette mach3, 3 blades, I highly recommend if you have extremely thick hair, it will take it out in one swipe, plus I love that it's biodegradable box and tray great for the environment.

Great for Cancer patients

i have been using Mach 3 since it first came out but for the first time, this product truly hit home. My mom has cancer and her hair fell out during chemo. i shaved her head and then used my Mach 3 to shave the rest of her head. at first she thought I was joking but then she realized this product is a godsend and she has been using it weekly to remove the stubbles of hair. thank you to Gillette for a great product.
