Very happy with my order

Very happy with my order. Varifocals and they are brilliant, no problems at all. Good instructions included on altering arms too. Quick delivery and great communication, can’t fault them. This is my second order with glasses direct and I will purchase again

Simple process, nice people

Simple process although, as a first time glasses wearer, I wish there had been clearer directions and explanations about completing the prescription details. Communication with Glasses Direct is a pleasure - they are lovely people. My new glasses arrived quickly and are perfect. Many thanks.

Excellent service

It was easy to choose the frames, lenses and add my prescription for varifocals. The ordering process was quick.
The completed glasses arrived in just over a week and I've worn them most of the time since, without needing to adjust the frames.
I'm very pleased with them. At first I felt the lenses didn't darken enough in bright sunshine but as I also wear a hat with a wide brim, this could be the cause.
It's lovely to be able to see the forests and views clearly when I go for walks now.

I cannot submit a real review

I cannot submit a real review, as I have not yet seen my glasses! I asked Royal Mail to leave with a neighbour. As I had to go to my sisters funeral, unfortunately they left them on my driveway. My neighbour fortunately went and retrieved them however won’t get them

Second time buying glasses and I can’t fault it! My prescription is saved in my profile so it just takes a few clicks to order, they are fantastic value for money and I’m really happy. Delivered within a week Would recommend to everyone!
