I started working with G-P because I needed to hire technical people in Sweden while running my company in Denmark. I found them online and appreciated their fast response and helpful explanations about starting up, costs, and more. Their portal was very user-friendly and easy to work with. A consultant helped me assess my needs and tailor the solution, allowing me to hire the first employee and then the second one a few months later. G-P was instrumental in helping me get the company operational in Sweden. They've been really valuable to my business. I like the very friendly, kind staff who are good at helping and provide very fast support. They were great at explaining the complexities of hiring people in Sweden, which gave me a good experience.

Primarily the contact with your Strategic Customer Success Manager Belkis Ventura. She's professional and warm, good with updates and doesn't oversell or make promises she can't keep. A lot of companies overpromise and underdeliver Belkis Ventura is the opposite and that makes her both trust wordy and a joy to collaborate with. She stays on top of the communication with the HR-specialists and how the progress is going, checking in and making sure that we don't have any questions lingering.
I also want to thank the HR-specialists who took really good care of us during the onboarding. I think I remember them all but if someone is missing it's not because they did a bad job. Every single one was knowledgeable, professional, kind and supportive. Somiya Kaushal

Best part of the experience was getting laid off, when I started, they fumbled the requirements for the work permit, specifically, they contracted to another company for private pension that agreed I would pay a portion of the pension contribution to them, none of this was in the contract, but they had a generic clause that they could modify benefits, so they tried to use that after threatening that I would be deported for not agreeing to their new contract addendum. This was after a long argument with them about if they even needed to pay me pension, which they were so incompetent, it took them months to realize they did and had failed from the start (not to mention entering their own contract in clear bad faith, hence the attempts to push me to submit to the addendum under threat if deportation). Also had some major issues with reimbursements, because again, they were completely incompetent and purported to understand tax law better than me.. I even submitted the query to the tax authority, who agreed it was reimbursable, so long as it could clearly be associated with work. Getting laid offby them, I finally got to work with a humble, helpful person, instead of the incompetent overconfident jerks I had to deal with up to that point

I want to extend my biggest gratitude to our CSM Rahma Ben Hamida. She is amazing, fast to respond, solutions oriented, always kind and solves every issue we may face.
She offers to jump in calls with short notice, even if only to translate English to French to our employees. She is everything you could wish for in a CSM.
As for the onboarding leads, they are always attentive, solutions oriented and helpful. They adjust to our specific needs, and also assist the new hire sufficiently.
The platform is easy to use, and compared to previous EOR vendors we've used, payroll and invoicing has never been wrong.
Great benefit packages offered for each country, and simple to find information on them.
If anything could be improved, there are two things:
1. Some everyday support staff may not always understand what we are looking for and it takes some time with back and forth to understand what we need help with. However, this can be easily resolved with a quick call.
2. Detailed invoices cannot be anonymized with only an EID. This would be preferred for bookkeeping while protecting data internally.
In the big picture though, amazing collaboration!

Thank you to SarahJane McGuigan. She fixed the problem, and we are all sorted. I’ve been dealing with an unresolved payment issue on the Globalization Partners (G-P) contractor platform for over three weeks now, and despite multiple attempts to get support, there has been no meaningful resolution or clear timeline.
This is not a minor inconvenience—this directly impacts payments and creates unnecessary operational stress. What’s most concerning is not just the issue itself, but the lack of ownership and escalation from the support team.
For a company that positions itself as a global payroll and employer-of-record solution, timely and reliable payment processing should be core to the service.
I would appreciate immediate escalation, clear communication, and a resolution timeline. At this point, I am still waiting.

From the sales rep to our account manager, GP has been great at communication and easy to administer benefits and setup accounts. I would have preferred that they didn't rely solely on email and articles while onboarding our employee with their benefits, but that was easily resovled.
I greatly appreciate the ease and expertise that GP brings, ensuring we are compliant with all benefits and payments within different countries.

In principle, working with GP and using the platform is pleasant and easy. However, experience has shown that at least two onboarding sessions in a specific country are needed to overcome certain challenges. This requires intensive communication with support. Across various topics, as a customer, I often feel that the support team (including some HR consultants) takes basic knowledge of country-specific regulations and laws for granted. Detailed questions are often answered only briefly and incompletely, requiring additional effort from the customer to follow up on the unanswered parts. There are also frequent instances of brief responses such as ‘That's not possible’ without further explanation. As a customer, I would expect a globally active EOR to offer appropriate solutions to resolve my concerns or problems. Here, too, customers often have to follow up intensively to get support. At a certain point of helplessness, you feel compelled to involve your customer success manager in order to achieve a constructive result. Interestingly, with your support, we were able to find a workable solution. So, a big compliment and thank you to Raquel Andres.
At this point, I think it would be helpful to expand the onboarding questionnaire. In any case, expense management should be clarified in more detail to ensure that customers and employees are informed of all specifics (e.g., UK: no per diems) from the outset. For Australia, the topic of ‘Modern Awards’ could also be clarified in the questionnaire. Although the total yearly salary is clear from the outset, it is only after the draft contract has been drawn up that the question of whether a ‘Modern Awards’ clause is required is raised, with the result that the draft contract will then have to be manually adjusted again to include this.
