Our tour director August was fantastic. The itinerary was very good. Accomodation and included meals were very good. Our driver was excellent. Really enjoyed the tour.

The experience of going to Canada and seeing the Canadian Rocky Mountains was made great by the tour guide, Tarek Sabet. He knows the area well and had every detail under control. This was a bus tour but he had a narrative going on the whole trip. We saw wild animals and beautiful scenery. We stayed in 3 different Fairmont Hotels and they were all great. The Dining experience was perfect in every location. Globus does a great job at selecting the contacts in various countries and the hotels to stay in. I used Globus on another trip and same story. The tour guides throughout that trip were top knotch and accomodations were wonderful.

I absolutely LOVED the National Irish Stud & Japanese gardens! The Rathbaun Farm visit as well as the tour of the Foynes Flying Boat Museum were both amazing and highlights of our trip! This trip would have been excellent if I hadn't gotten sick early on...it was all I could do just to get ready in the mornings. I understand this is not Globus's fault, please don't get me wrong. I do think that my room towards the end of the tour could have been ready so that I would have been able to rest...and it would have been nice to be given a room with air conditioning at the Granville Hotel as well...that room was sweltering and the moment we opened the door to the hallway, it was like a different world, it was so much cooler.

Our tour guide Susannah made the experience very easy. Beautiful scenery.

Tour guide Martha was great. Hotel location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. You can see Big Ben right out the front door of the hotel.
Highlights:
- Tower of London and Crown Jewels (optional tour)
- Shakespeare's Classroom and the great presentation by his "school teacher".
- Oxford
- Windsor Castle (optional tour)

A total disgrace from the bus with no bathrooms to how the heat wave was handled for seniors.

Our tour director made the difference. Tundi was phenomenal. Bus driver Sandro was safe, smooth, and weaved his way through areas most would back away from. Tundi was more than a director. She went above and beyond in so many different ways. Can’t say enough about her.

The tour, tour director and bus driver were great. Since we had been to the area before, the highlights for us were the Canyon of the Ancients (which we did not know existed) and our first time on the Canyon Spirit train (dome car with great views, good food, and attentive staff).
Small complaints include a hotel with confusing signage and some confusion transitioning from the train to our hotels in Glenwood Springs and Denver.
But, all in all a good tour we're glad we took.

Our trip to Tanzania was well planned and timely by the director Daniel Nyamoga who exhibited a consistently caring, professional behavior while being attentive to all of our needs. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable of the Reserves and Tanzania.

Our driver, Willie Mwaipopo, shared information readily fostering an awareness of the environment. Willie is truly an intellectual for Tanzania.

Willie is also commended for his superb driving ability to navigate the rigorous plain as well as his ability to spot and identify the many animals that appeared throughout the journey.

I sincerely recommend this team and Globus for your journey to Tanzania.

Wonderful experience and a great and knowledgeable tour guide

The best vacation ever! Our parents were born in Ireland and this was our first visit. Cousins met up with us at a few of the hotels. The tour guide Carmel Nicholson, the bus driver Andre were outstanding! The group we travelled with were friendly. I loved each destination and hotel. They were clean, safe and the staff were accommodating. Our trip (with my sister and two brothers) was awesome. Would not have changed one thing. Thank you Globus!

Fantastic tour directors and drivers that make tne tours truly unforgettable! The hotels are always in the city centers making them convenient to exploring on your own. The itineraries are full of unique and special experiences that bring out the best in each location.

Susan made the experience great. Prompt communications and answering all questions. I gave it one less star because the initial agent wasn't attentive at all once we paid the deposit.

You included as much as you could in the 9 day excursion. The accommodations and food was good. The last night probably wasnt the best as far as dinner . The others were suberb.
The train was really not worth the money. The staff in each area were very good as far as our contact was concerned. The industrial museum was mediocre. The others good and needed more time. Liked the selection and variety of places and activities. Maybe, include in info a more detailed list of things to do on down time. Nice tonhave a little free time here and there.
Needed a lot more time at the Lillihammer museum to get all facets covered. Thanks for a memorable trip and experience!.

This was my first time with a Globus tour. Enjoyed all the towns included in this tour especially since we stuck to smaller towns and local experiences rather than lg tourist areas

Tünde and Sandro were a great team. The Florence and Lucerne hotels were the only negatives.

Our visit to the Canadian Rockies was a memorable experience. Enjoyed Lake Louise, lake Maligne and all the sight seeing.
The Columbia icefield was the best part of the trip. Riding on the bus that was equipped for the ice fields was in itself a treat! The arrangements were seamless and remarkable. Our tour director Mark was exceptional, knowledgeable and made all his guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Good job Globus!!

The Tour director, driver, and itinerary were all amazing! They have every day planned perfectly and made sure everyone was having a great time!

The small group tour was very well paced with a good mix of included tours, optional excursions and free time. We were able to enjoy many areas of Ireland and appreciate their similarities and differences. Best of all, we had opportunities to interact with local people.

The sites we visited were well-selected. Globus was very organized and reliable. Our Tour Director was marvelous.
