No delivery and no refund

I ordered something and it didn't arrive. They would not refund me. I did a chargeback but they disputed it with my bank so I never got my money back.

Garbage

Lol. Total garbage like created for a school project in middle school. 100 percent worthless! In the 21st century, unlike anything ever. It's not an APP. It's a joke,,something to irritate you. I have not been able.to use this in over a month. I think DOC of Virginia purposely uses this to create frustration from the people locked up. Just make them miserable so they can act out. I have had so many problems with this, and customer service took six weeks to respond. Why didn't DOC of Virginia dive deep into the reviews of this so-called App?? You obviously didn't. Worthless piece of garbage! Lol.

Prime subscription is all scam

I pay for their Prime subscription. When I compare the same orders with my partner (whitout Prime), she often have cheaper price than me. Glovo invents some fees in my app that Prime "cancels" to pretend I'm saving money, but it's all fake.

I would not recommend Glovo based on my…

I would not recommend Glovo based on my experience. My issue was closed before I had a chance to properly review or accept the proposed solution. To make things worse, the refund was issued only as app credit, forcing me to continue using the platform instead of receiving my money back.

Customer support felt dismissive, and I was left to deal with the problem on my own. This is not the level of service I expect from a company handling customer orders and payments.

Glovo drivers can scam you…

Glovo drivers will cancel your order just so they can eat your food. Glovo will also charge you for orders you already paid for. Support will not help you. There are so many ways drivers can play the system and scam you. Do not use this app.

Once again

Once again! I gave them another try! Sure enough….,, what I ordered was wrong again and or missing. They won’t tell you until it’s too late for items unavailable! You still have to pay them! Total junk!

If there was something lower than a one…

If there was something lower than a one star, then I would have given that. Glovo has the worst customer service and support I have ever experienced.
The frustration that comes from ordering with the app is unmatched, for an app that claims to offer hassle free deliveries.
I honestly do not wish them well, I hope whoever is leading them experiences the kind of frustration I have just gone through.

Glovo in Croatia

Glovo in Croatia, I ordered food and delevery came, delevery guy called me, but I dont like to anwser a call, he called 6 times unitl I didnt shut down the phone and then he rang on door but I didnt want to open the door, its something that I should react on.

Complete trash

Complete trash! The items that were advertised at the supermarket I chose. The very next thing non of my items were in stock, but on Glovo website according to them, they were in stock. They only produced 1 item and I wanted to change it as the driver wasn’t even there yet! Nope! Charged the deliver free anyway! Last time using this EVER!

Glovo in Romania experience

Glovo in Romania experience. Some couriers don’t know how arrive at an address and on top of that don’t know how to communicate.
Support is shit and didn’t refund my money of an order which was marked by courier as “Delivered”, but never arrived.
Uninstalled this app and I hope they go bankrupt

We ordered pizza and they cancelled our order because they said it was the wrong address, even though I put in the exact coordinates from the google link given to us. They didn’t try to call or contact me, just cancelled our order and sent an email. It took 3 tries to get the order to go through. Waited an hour and then finally checked my email to get the message that our order was cancelled. Stupid app does not work! Waste of time and we had no dinner so thanks a lot!

Scam

Glovo cancelled the order at the very last minute. What makes it even worse is that they are refusing to give me a refund despite taking my money.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you cannot fulfil an order, especially an expensive one, the least you should do is refund the customer immediately. Very disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend using Glovo for important orders.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a supermarket delivery for 11.30 it didn't arrive untill after 4pm. No communication,no explanation. Order was missing items which I have been charged for and they are refusing to refund me for them. Do not use this company

Glovo customer service was awful

Glovo delivery here in Barcelona delivered an order with a glass container containing a cold item. The bag was thus wet, and as courier handed me the bag it broke and glass container shattered on the sidewalk in front of my building. My first instinct was to remove the broken glass. When I reported the issue to Glovo, the rep (assuming it was a human) required a photo of the broken glass
before issuing a refund. Who on Earth would prioritise taking a picture before removing the danger of broken glass? When I asked to escalate, the chat was closed immediately and I now have no way to communicate with or raise a new issue with Glovo. Mind you, it costs Glovo more to pay anyone to monitor their chat and replace me as a customer than it would have to refund one damn tiramisu.
