Repeat of complaint from April 19, 2-26. GoComics.com has not managed to correct the problem I outlined.
Can read comics but cannot add comments or see comments from others or respond to those comments.
I reread the comics and the newer comments during the day. Added a lot of humor and a bit of contact with like minded readers.
When I wrote GoComics for help I got pablum and a page of things to turn off on my pc or change to suit their needs, not mine. Pitiful.

When will companies learn that if it ain't broke, don't fix it! Used to be able to comment and read comments on my comics. Since the new interphase, I can't do either!

What happened to go comic.? Us to work fine now hangs up doesn’t let me log in? Blocks my view

Contacted what they laughingly call customer support and received an email stating that they have gone on holiday and will not be answering emails until the 11th of November. That is 3 weeks with absolutely no way of contacting this company.

No response after trying to contact them for international postage.

Cash grab company with nothing but disrespect for it's customers. Rather than engage with its fandom they sue them out of existence.

No one in the company cares for the artistry behind the titles they publish, it's just a soulless business board of MBA's nickel and diming short term quarterly growth even if it means tarnishing beloved titles from yester-year

Website was absolute garbage before, now it is garbage with a price tag. Worst cash grab in comic history and they actively attack fans with legal threats.

Go to a library, subscribe to a newspaper, buy compilations on eBay, dig old newspapers out of a dumpster. Literally any choice you make is better than paying GoComics.com.

I can't read the comics from over a month ago! I can only read this month's comics. Otherwise, I need an account. I used to be able to read from the first one to the latest one but now I can't without an account. I will find another website.

Too many ads,new format is horrible,always jumping back to homepage.Time to find another comic page

They decided to update to a garbage unusable format.

I live in the UK and now GoComics.com is subscription based I now can't subscribe. It only allows access for USA and Canada. There isn't anywhere else I can access the comics I want to read online, it's so strange. I'm a willing to pay customer and the website doesn't even give a reason why other countries are being excluded. So not impressed at all.

You can't login. Multiple tries. reCAPCHA is broken . Not the first time. You have to wait a couple of days and then try again. Then it works. Very frustrating. Don't sign up.

Their support is beyond lousy and they refuse to help you. They give canned responses and do not care if long time customers are happy or if they get the help that they need/deserve. After a decade of being a customer there is an issue with my card but only on their site.. of course only there... whenever I ask for help with support as it tells me to do I get told I have not been charged and there is nothing they can do and get more canned responses, like a robot. I know its not my card as it is only this site (suddenly) and I have even contacted my bank which has told me its their end... yet still they refuse to help in any way shape or form. You are better off finding other ways for your comic enjoyment, I know I am!

When I initially joined Gocomics it was a lot of fun. The comments from other readers were much funnier than the comics themselves. Then something began to happen. Some of the funniest people began to be censored; even kicked off. More and more, there was a group that became easily offended; especially politically. Overtime the easily offended made it their mission to get rid of all of the people that evidently threatened their safe space. After years of being a member I was eventually no longer allowed to comment. Like many forums they have become all like minded; allowing no dissent.

I bought a Dilbert strip from GoComics. The Postage and packing came to $80 to ship it to Europe. When it arrived, I was disgusted to find the actual postal cost was $12. Avoid these people if at all possible

I feel betrayed by GoComics. I was their customer for a number of years, after coming across their Android App that allowed me to read my comics on my tablet. Suddenly, unilaterally, they ended support for the app, and they refused to refund me for the remainder of my subscription, by claiming that they never promised the app.
Utterly unacceptable.
