Amazing Customer Care
The item was dispatched quickly . Through no fault of G4C my local post office closed without telling anyone hence DPD could not drop off at the collection point as such returned to sender. G4C was great apologetic even tho it wasn't there fault and dispatched the item again quickly. When it arrived the item exaclty as described and well packaged but it turned out I ordered the wrong generation shaft for my driver as such was no good to me. Again G4C was great and arranged for the item to be returned. They've got a customer for life with me now. I just need to order the right stuff.

I sold some old clubs and I was amazed at how straightforward the process was - and I got paid the full amount within 2 days, no quibbling whatsoever! Absolutely delighted with all aspects of the sale, from the ease of the app, prompt quote service, free delivery (uplift) right thru to the money being transferred into my account within 48 hours of them receiving my clubs - superb!!! Carried out repair, purchased some other items. Very helpful and informative member of staff.
Only marked down, as on my initial visit the staff on duty were a little off hand and preoccupied with whatever they had to do in the store. Customers should always come first. That said, my second visit was like entering a different environment with helpful staff. Thank you.

Simple purchase and trade in and overall excellent service.
I traded in clubs and bought a replacement. Both transactions were straightforward, with easy drop off and delivery at a convenient time. The price I received for my old clubs was as expected and the new club was a very good price and as described on line. I will use Golf clubs 4 cash in the future.
