Had a problem with the delivery- no fault to Golf Star Direct and they dealt with it so well - contacted the Courier company who then re scheduled- communication was excellent throughout- the shoes l bought were great and the price was very good - would definitely buy from them again. I recently purchased a pre-owned Qi4D Max Lite driver from GolfStar Direct. The delivery was fantastic—really prompt next-day service, which I definitely appreciated.

The driver was originally £399, but I got a £10 discount using loyalty points I had earned from buying a new ZT putter a couple of months back, bringing it down to £389. I really like how their loyalty system rewards you for past purchases.

When the club arrived, I felt the driver head was a little bit more used than I was expecting, particularly around the face and impact area. However, it's still a decent club, so I just ended up giving it to my son for him to use.

Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the fast shipping and the excellent loyalty rewards, but it's worth keeping in mind that the cosmetic condition of pre-owned items in person can vary slightly from what you see in the photos

I ordered a pair of golf shoes for my husband when they arrived they were the wrong colour so I called them & they said they had been wrongly boxed & should have been checked before sending out I was told that was the last pair but they would try to locate a pair from another source I was told to return the wrong shoes back which i did I didn’t hear back from them regarding the replacement so called again they agreed to give me a refund as they could not locate another pair I did not receive any refund so called several times to chase only to be told the refund had been processed however they did not activate it took 8 days to show back into my account I have never had to wait 8 days for a refund anywhere before so for that reason(in the words of Dragons Den)

Very good product at a very competitive price, with excellent customer service. Had a minor issue that was the manufacturer’s fault, but all resolved by the customer services team. First class.

When I unboxed the cap there was a mark on it I wud like a complete refund
