I got a really excellent therapist her name is KrystalYukish.She is at the new north office and Terry is so helpful and kind just a really friendly helpful office . I don't have any stress going into this office . The other location was terrible for me. I did no not like the energy in that office at all. This was first time for us at this restaurant and our experience had some good and bad elements. We knew from reviewing the menu online that it was in the higher price category but were prepared for that before going. Our reservation was for 5:30 pm. We ordered the Pan Seared Coho Salmon ($35), The Vegan Loaf ($25), The Chicken Curry ($26) and Frank’s Steak Dinner ($60). The Salmon, Curry and Vegan Loaf were fine but Frank’s Steak was a disaster when delivered my wife was unable to cut it using the cutlery on the table so we asked for a steak knife, while that was a little more useful the meat was still tough to cut and even tougher to chew, contained gristle in the first couple of pieces and was just not edible. For what was supposed to be a AAA steak it was a great disappointment. My wife ate the vegetables but left the steak. We advise the waiter and his manager and to give them credit the charge for the steak was removed from the bill. This is not a place that we would recommend to others or return to in the future.

Me and my Partner went to shoppers drug mart at king gates mall branch 370 east Broadway Vancouver B.C. at around 8:42 pm September 10,2026 .
I was excited because it was Thursday and Seniors day so there's a discount upon inter action with the Filipina cashier by name Glen. I told her its my day Seniors day discount and she said yes. And I paid my items and went back home and I noticed no discount at all and we decided to comeback and tell her ,and upon discussing with her that she never gave me a discount and he started yelling and getting mad to me and keep saying that I must know it that all discounted items are not discounted by the seniors day and I told her I never experience like this always they gave me discount and she told me she's been working there for 16 years and i must know it .And I told her all of them even the white guy who works at night always gave me a discount and she said that's why he got fired here at work ,,,,I TOLD HER IT'S NOT MY BUSINESS WHAT SHOPPERS DID TO HIM HE IS HARD WORKER AND SHE SAID ITS FRAUD WHAT THEY DOING GIVING DISCOUNT FOR ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS. Three ago I bought a lotto ticket to her and my lotto ticket got wet and I told her my ticket is wet and keep checking my tumbler in the counter and she keeps saying its my tumbler that's cause the water I told her no and I showed to her from the counter there's a water and it was her tumbler and keep arguing to me and getting mad and pissed off so I just look at her and say to my self she is not my level no manners and respect towards customers stop yelling and be mad to customers Thank you

I purchased an expensive patio door from KV Windows and Doors this Spring to replace a set of French doors that was leaking water into my basement due to a major install defect by the home builder called Empire. This new patio door came with a lifetime warrantee; I would hope so after what I paid for it. They claim it is the best on the market, which was good for me because my goal was to stop the leak and thought I was making a good choice. I quickly learnt after 2 weeks however that this expensive patio door was not holding up to its warrantee. I reached out to both the installer and KV Windows and Doors to express my concerns around this expensive leaky door and needed help right away. It was a struggle to get the door looked at. The installer came out twice to assess but was not successful to find the root cause. Being a QA Manager myself, and a handyman, I took matters into my own hands and began to assess the root cause. I learnt through water tests (which patio door companies frown upon because more often than not, does end up leaking somewhere), found the source of the leak. And keep in mind I sprayed the door to the same level when I get major downpours - my door faces north which is the WORST for a patio door AND is not protected / covered by a roof like most doors. Once my assessment was complete, I determined it was not the install that was the root cause, it was a manufacturer defect. I fixed the manufacturer defect and did a second water test; the leak was gone! The owner of KV Doors and Windows told the installer that they have a QA team checking their products before leaving the factory and was confident it was not their door. Well, I'm writing to tell the President of KV Windows and Doors that it was. The root cause was an imperfect seal on the inside lower right frame. I also had to build a roof over my patio door (which ended up looking quite nice I must say) to further minimize rain from reaching the door, just in case, when we get downpours. Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention - the cross section of the patio door design in their brochure they highlight did not match my patio door design (it should ), which was a clue to how I assessed the root cause of the leak. As a consumer, I was genuinely upset at the fact that KV Windows and Doors did not come out to assess my door early on when I needed them most and fix or even replace the door (which the installer claimed they said KV would do but never stepped up to even assess themselves). Hope this helps some consumers out there.

We have been using Canadian Tire Garage in Hawkesbury for over 2 years for 3 cars. Each time we received great service, honest and reasonably priced work. Last time we took our car, they could have charged us for work but told us the work was not required. We had been wrongly advised by another garage. I would highly recommend them. Specifically the one in Hawkesbury, as we have had bad experiences in other Canadian Tires.

Recently my vehicle was in the shop for an extended period of time; I was kept up to date on everything by Service Advisor, Arlene. I was also taken into the shop to see exactly what they were doing with my vehicle; Service Technician, Jon, explained exactly what he was doing and made sure I understood what was being said to me. I truly appreciated the updates and being kept in the loop during the entire process. I was truly impressed by the fact that Jon took time out of his day to meet with a customer and explain everything in detail.
You won't find any better customer service anywhere; Arlene certainly is the best at her job and definitely cares about her customers.
The service department knows how to keep their customers happy and coming back; I appreciate everything they have done for me. I would certainly recommend Trevors Kia and I would absolutely buy another Kia (this vehicle is my 5th🙂).

Called Shipton's twice to get information and possibly book an installation of an ERV. Was told someone from that department would call back, but have not had any follow up from Shipton's. If I can't get a simple call back not sure how much I want to put money down with the company.

We hired Bell City Paving to pave our driveway and their service throughout the process has been excellent. Jamie, one of the owners provided the estimate and followed up to arrange the prep work (removing the old asphalt, putting down the stone base, leveling and grading). After the prep was done and allowed to settle for a couple of weeks, the paving began. All of Jamie's crew were polite and professional. They paved our driveway on the hottest day of the year so far (45 degrees Celcius with the humidity). They have done such an amazing job!!!! It looks incredible!!!! As well, Jamie informed us that we could reference their web site to see how to care for the driveway now that it is newly paved.
Most of our neighbours had their driveways paved by Bell City Paving as well.
We highly recommend Bell City Paving. They are top notch!

We had a fantastic experience at The Overlook Suites in Trout River, Newfoundland! It was an amazing five bedroom, five bathroom house with plenty of space for our group of nine. The entire property was spectacular!

I have been seeing Dr. Lanoue for the past six weeks, and I can honestly say the improvement has been life-changing.

I was diagnosed with a severe case of degenerative disc disease in my lower back, and at that point I could barely walk. I had exhausted the usual conventional medical options, including pain clinics and physiotherapy, with little to no improvement. Surgery was becoming the next step — something I really wanted to avoid, especially knowing that back surgery does not always resolve the underlying problem.

After further assessment and testing, Dr. Lanoue determined that he could help me. Since beginning treatment, I have made significant progress. I have regained much of my mobility, have my life back, and continue to improve every day. Surgery is no longer something I need to consider.

Dr. Lanoue’s knowledge, skills, and dedication are exceptional. His support staff, Verena, is also wonderful and provide an excellent support system throughout the process.

Canadian Tire Belleville store. I had to return a bbq because it was defective. The employee “Harsh” (that’s his name certainly not his attitude or his personality) was so helpful. He persisted until the problem was solved. The store has a huge asset.

Sweet Treasures Confectionery used to be a great place to grab candy or an ice cream. There is little candy now and the portions in a cone should be an embarrassment to them. A double scoop just barely came to the top of the cone.
