Hanwag Ladies Bunion SHoes
I bought a pair of Hanwag Ladies Bunion Shoes in March 2025. The shoes were expensive, of course, but I had heard of Hanwag's supposed craftmanship and assumed they would last me for years! However within 4 months of easy and occasional use a fault appeared alongside a seam near the top of the shoe. I sent the shoes back to Hanwag end of July this year. It took them a month to reply (!) and then only to say they refused to repair or reimburse as they decided the fault was due to an outside damage, which I think is rubbish. Very disappointed with both the quality of the shoe and their service
