I have ordered from Hardaddy before like 3-5 times and love my shirts,  I think I have 10-12 of them but they will not get another penny from me after the BS I have had to deal with this time and frankly there I don’t give a s*it attitude.  ( please forgive my bad writing, typing this on a phone and I have dyslexia)

 

Placed my order … you can only check your statues with a “order number”  it took them 9 days to get me order number, but no tracking number.             After a few weeks of no tracking number I chatted twice with their customer service, im told they are running behind and order should be filled shortly

·        After 4 weeks Harddaddy removed the chat option on their webpage so I posted about my lack of any information about my order on every ad the hardaddy had and amazing I was message a tracking number on facebppl messager. They try to claim it was in my spam folder,  like I had not already looked there. ,, it was NEVER sent

With tracking number I could finallu see it appeared my order was in there warehouse for 2 plus weeks with some address error.  Some how hardaddy claimed I put down 4252 on my order which should have been 3252.  But the problem with that LIE, is the GPS coordinate they inputted by them was for 3252 and label said 4252,  so if it was truly my error how did they get the coordinate for the right address.  FYI 4252 was NOT in my history fill on my computer on their order form online,  so they lied and tried to blame me.Finally 9 days ago I was able to call GOFO delivery company ( which I think stands for “GO F*** Off”)  updated my address,  they verified the address,  gps coordinate and the description of my house and lot / drive way size and was told I would have my package in 3 days6 days later I call them back because last thing tracking said was address updated nothing new, was told the agent updated address but forgot to update that it needed to be delivered now.  And was told it would be another 3 days and I asked them to speed up the process and of course they would not try and fix there mistakeDemained a supervisor which finally called me back 3 hrs later and was again promised it would be delivered in 3 days and nothing they could do to speed it up, after going around with them for time I accepted the 3 more days.and guess what2.5 days later my package was still showing in their warehouse, I contracted Hardaddy thru FB and they claim the package was on its way and even showed me a screen capture of my package leaving that wearhouse,  and when I showed them a screen capture my package was still at the original location, they disappeared for a few hours and then came back with there system was more update then the own delivery company tracking info.  ,,,, cough BS cough soooooooI have filed fraud on my bank acct to hardaddy and will cancel it once I get my package.3 days later after package is still in the original warehouse I calledGPFO and she said the package WAS STILL THERE so Hardaddy make up a fake screen capture,  but said most she could do it resubmit to ship out and it would take 3 days, from which I reminded her I had already been told that 3 times over the last 9 days, some yelling on my part and asking for again a supervisorSupvisor calls me back about 90 mins later,  and she kept getting upset because I would cut her off because I could not understand what she was saying,  and all I was I staying .. was “what did you say”  so she finally hung up on me for asking her to speak where I could understand her.  I had hope she was going to have someone else call me but that was to much to hope for.I called back about 90 min later and another agent told me I need to contract Hardaddy to ask for replacement to be mail out because maybe they had lost the package. So of course it I need a supervisor againMessage Hardaddy again on FB and they blew me off saying once the delivery company took the package it was out of their hands, I reminded them I did not pick this delivery company they did and im sure they could reach out to them if they felt like,  to which Hardaddy never responded and im thinking im blocked now.Supervisor finally called me back from GPFO and they have promised me I will have my package tomorrow and now claims it in warehouse 15 mins away but would not give me address for me to go pick it up.   Around 40 plus days from my ordering.  I will believe it when I have my shirts in my hand

 

My gut is telling me my package is still in china and delivery company is a fake to try and stall to where it to late for you to file fraud with your bank.  Not that I would place another order with them but I not even gotten sorry about issue here is a coupon for X  ….  They just gotten to big to care about customer .. stop ordering from them and make them care.

 

Why would anyone give them their email just to see what they are selling Screw that

The shirts are as vibrant as in the ad copy. They fit well (if you order correctly, but that's always the case.
I love the variety.
The price could be lower, but there's usually a discount to be found somewhere.
Shipping is slower than I would like.
Overall, a great product. I have purchased about two dozen shirts and will continue to purchase those that catch my eye the most.

Got one of their ads on Facebook. 3 out of 8 lines of text in the design weren't text, but that AI pseudotext that isn't really letters.

What horrible quality control that this shirt not only made into their catalog, but into their ads.

I placed an order in May 10 2026. I got tracking 6/11/ 2026 telling me my order will arrive in 02/04/2027. This company is a scam. The advertising for these companies in the US needs to stop if the company can't deliver. This is happening way to often.

I had just returned from Mexico and was staying at a temporary location till the end of the month. The original order was made on 4/4/26 and 2 were delivered on 4/19/26. That's what i assumed when ordering. Something happened on their side because the third was delivered on 5/21/26. That's over a month later. Why?? I was in another city and was unable to track or pick up. They said they were unable to update delivery address. But this is because of a shipping delay on your end. Too bad so sad. I think Ill be finding another shirt supplier. This has happened in the past, thought id try again. My bad

I bought 2 Christmas shirts in November 2025. They arrived late February 2026 Not cheap shirts at a bit over $50 each.
The design looked good AND THEY PROMISED DELIVERY WAS OK FOR XMAS.
They took no accountability for their lie to perform.
They are an untrustworthy business.
Go elsewhere.

Made an order - never received receipt or order number. First part of order took over a month to ship and second part over 2 months. Even though website says shipping in 3-14 days.

When items arrived they are not what was in the pictures. Pictures show quality embroidery when you get a cheap print. Also, nothing seems to quite fit right.

Because shipping took so long we are now outside of the return window.

Placed an order on 4-16. Have not heard anything from hardaddy since. Poor contact and service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM. HARDADDY IS A SCAM. I ordered a shirt in February and April 16 it is still not here and there is no customer service to deal with. It is all A.I. BOTS. HARDADDY IS A SCAM - AVOID!!

It's very important that people realize that this site is a scam. You make a purchase and the order number doesn't work. The only way to actually connect to someone is through a chat bot, which tries to scam you AGAIN!

It has been close to 3 weeks since I ordered the shirts and I have had no communication since.
I tried to use the ridiculous chatbot, but it is absolutely worthless.
After wasting my time, it required me to pay a $5 fee to talk with an agent and then in the fine print, I see that by doing so, I was also signing up for a $65 per month service.
What a scam.

I was worried at first because the products I bought took so long to arrive, however, when I received them, they exceeded my expectations! These were Christmas gifts for the men in the family, and even though they didn't arrive on time for a Christmas gift, they all loved their shirts. I would recommend these shirts, but just order them about 2 months ahead of when you need them.

Well I placed my order on February 28th. To date I have not received any information that my order was confirmed, received or any up date at all. Order number HBTQH00823442. This is very poor customer service.

You did not give me a time frame for delivery of my order

Never again!!! Second online retailer this year that takes an order, then never hear any updates on your order. HOWEVER, what you DO get when you place an order is a tsunami of promotional emails!!!
Customer service? Chatbot! Can’t even find a phone number to call regarding your order. Chat function? Excellent, however they do ask you to fill out a form ( with cc info, so they can sell that to other companies!) before proceeding.
Just got a text offering to resolve my issue via phone call for $80!!! Unbelievable!!!
