Incredible staff.
All the staff who assisted with this holiday are a credit to themselves and Hays. Polite, patient, professional and knowledgeable throughout. I've not booked a family holiday through a travel agent in a long time but I will definitely be using Hays in Billingham again due to how friendly and efficient it was.

Helpful staff, great service :)
Charlotte was patient and helpful with our holiday search and found us a holiday to suit our family. We arrived towards the end of the day as I'd been held up at work, but the staff were all very helpful and we didnt feel rushed at all, even at closing time which was really appreciated.

I,ve always found the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have always been very knowledgable and professional. Thats the sort of place i will go back to time and time again.
