I booked the cruise with an apprentice by the name of Ffion, I visited the shop in caerphilly originally to see if there were any cruises to Norway that had ports of call that I had not been too, Ffion was the advisor who dealt with my query, she sourced a couple possilities over a week of which on my return a booking was concluded, very pleasant young lady.

Patient and professional
Gemma at the Caerphilly branch was excellent, very patient and professional with us as we were not sure where we wanted to go. We finally booked a holiday in Praia De Rocha in Portugal.
Gemma is now putting a package together for hopefully a holliday to Venice on the Orient express for our 50th wedding anniversary next year.

We booked our holiday with Bailey in Hays Caerphilly. We found him to be very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Even after we booked our holiday and phoned up with query, he was only to happy to sort it out for us We also noticed the other staff were friendly, while we were in the shop as well
