Diane was our travel agent, and has taken care of absolutely everything.
We booked a holiday to Fuertoventura and she made sure the hotel was suitable for our needs.
Airport assistance was also booked.
She explained about the money card so we’re thinking about that.

Hays are always a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, efficient and extremely friendly. Diane did a fantastic job, it was a big trip we were organising and there was a lot of back and forward with tweaks. She was very patient and very knowledgeable.

Just walked in, they were busy but sat down and discussed straight away - had tried 0800 number. But gave up after 15 min. and no answer, store altogether better experience.

Staff in the Dumfries shop are always very polite and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything exactly as you want it. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Right from the beginning of my holiday journey, from contacting Diane by email to see if we could get details on a holiday availability and prices for Majorca. To finally booking my holiday for 2 weeks. Diane gave us great detail and prices with all information we asked for. Even on her day of she emailed us with details. Her dedication was appreciated. So friendly and didn't mind us changing our details of accommodation throughout. I would highly recommend for booking your holiday.
