Reply from Hays Travel - Gareth Carson
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It genuinely means a lot to me, especially knowing that you came to me through a recommendation from friends.
I always want people to feel that they can ask as many questions as they need and that I’m taking the time to understand what is actually right for them, rather than simply finding a holiday and making a booking. I’m really pleased you felt looked after throughout the process.
Thank you as well for saying you’d recommend me to others. As a self-employed Personal Travel Consultant, recommendations and word of mouth make such a difference to my business and are hugely appreciated.
I hope you have the most amazing trip, and of course I’ll be here for you right through to when you travel.
