Hays Travel - Troon Reviews 

Very pleased with Hays travel team in Troon. Always helpful and professional. I go back to them every year for my annual ski trip.

First time booking through Hays travel and defo won’t be my last .Teena who we saw went over and above helping us to find the perfect deal . Her colleague Linzi also helped , They were both so friendly and made us feel so welcome customer service I would rate 100%. I will defo be back when looking for my next holiday

The attention we got from all the staff who went out of their way to get us the best holiday they could for us. Nothing is too much bother for them.👍😀

nothing was a problem , Lindsey as always was a star, we were wanting to fly from Glasgow to Malta for a cruise and she found the ideal holiday for us, we have used the branch in Troon quite a few times and have no hesitation in using again.

Nipped into the Hays Travel shop for some currency and made a general enquiry for a late booking for a specific type of cruise and short notice departure.
Lyndsey took on board our requirements and searched several company sites . She didnt try to sell anything that we didnt ask for and came up with several options that met our requirements, one of which we booked and at a good discounted rate. Nothing was too diffcult. Wouldnt hesitate to book our next travel arrnagements via Hays Travel-Troon.

Teena understood are requirements and worked hard to achieve our request.

All the staff are great at Hays. She listened to what we wanted and found us what we were looking for.

My fourth holiday booked with Hays and I don't think I would go anywhere else. The staff are always helpful and courteous and even though I must be a bit awkward at time :) they always manage to be so helpful.

As usual the Customer service and Care in the Troon was second to none.
I honestly could not fault the effort all of the staff put in to get you (the customer) the holiday you are looking for.
And the new decor looks fab.

Teena helped us to find a resort that suited our personality and wishes for a holiday. As well as this she showed us a map to allow us to decide which resort suited and informed us of transpiration to other resorts.

Teena in the Troon branch was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time ensuring we found a holiday that matched all of our requirements , which were many . Her knowledge of the different resorts , having been to them herself , gave us a valuable insight to places we haven’t already visited.
