Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and knowledgeable young representative who could not have been of great help. We entered with a query as to whether a holiday shown within the store and if it could be upgraded. We recieved the exact data needed at an exceptional price and came away after booking a fabulous upgraded holiday. Can't praise Hayes enough and would definitely use again.

Hiya Hays Travel. I just want to say a massive thank you to Megan for her hardwork, support and fantastic professionalism in booking us a brilliant holiday for 2028! Megan was incredible, supportive, caring, friendly and really listened to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to secure us an absolutely brilliant deal.
