The member of staff who helped us was really knowledgeable. She remembered us and what we like aswell as our past bookings making it super easy to find and book the perfect holiday. Customer service received was second to none. I would be very reluctant to go anywhere else.

Excellent service from Victoria, admittedly we knew where and when we wanted to travel but she completed the whole process, hotel, flights and car parking in probably 10 minutes. Not sure why we would ever arrange a holiday with anyone other than Hays Travel, Wimborne.

I just popped in with a query, Martin was great, very helpful. I wanted to go to one place he recommended another and in 20 minutes it was all booked! Not how I thought my day was going to go and very happy.

Superb service! I was recommended to go to you and ask for Vicky. I haven’t been on a plane for 30 years and this would be my first holiday on my own since my husband died. Vicky took me through the process, organised the flights and assisted boarding. She completely understood my trepidation and explained everything so clearly with lots of information, suggestions and advice.
I now feel completely reassured as she will organise everything for me. It’s wonderful!

As always Vicky Burridge at Hays Travel Wimborne efficiently booked a 2027 trip for me with Cox and Kings.
She also found out the details and availability for another trip.

As usual, Martin did his very best to get us the holiday we wanted. The other staff in the Wimborne office were polite and helpful when we dealt with them. Excellent all round.
