I cannot thank Vinnie and the Hiboy…

I cannot thank Vinnie and the Hiboy Support Team enough for their outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, Vinnie was incredibly kind, patient, respectful, and genuinely caring. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt like they truly wanted to help me.
They arranged a replacement rear wheel and rear brake cable for my Hiboy U3, and they even made sure the rear axle bolts I needed were included without me having to ask again. Their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process.
It is rare to find customer service that is this thoughtful and dedicated. I truly appreciate all of the time, effort, and kindness Vinnie showed me. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend Hiboy and their amazing support team to anyone. May God bless you all, and thank you again for everything! ❤️🙏

The charge port cover in my scooter…

The charge port cover on my scooter ripped off. I emailed customer service and they replied within 2 hours. The communication was kind, clear, and concise. They are sending me a replacement part even though the scooter is outside of warranty. Excellent customer service!

Hiboy Titans brake levers are rare..

I Absolutely LOVE my Hiboy Titan, however, when checking the hydraulic brake fluid, the screws are EXTREMELY hard to put back in, and nowhere does it tell you to take the O-ring out of the hole and place it on the screw, so of course I goto force the screw in because it fit before. I had to put enough force that I ended up slipping, losing the screw down where Ill never find it in my life. I looked everywhere, because HIBOY said they would not send me one little screw, and it would cost 100$+ for the whols handle. Even our local bike shop thought the screws he tried didnt fit because of the O-ring, and so I HAD TO ASK for a Whole replacement brake handle eventually, and thankfully, Hiboy support accepted (warantee, cost of product, they had to do something..). The loss of star is for me having to ask when they knew they could do that instead, and leaving me stressed for 2 weeks....oh well, solved now :) Thank you Hiboy support for the solution we landed on.

Great customer service

We’ve had a few issues with our Hiboys but Chloe in the customer service area is top-notch. She’s very responsive and very nice and follows up and makes sure you have the best experience possible. Way to go Chloe. Keep up the great work!

Great Customer Service

I purchased a Hiboy S2 Pro on Amazon. A little after a year, and after the warranty period, the charger failed. Despite being out of warranty, Hiboy provided a new one, free of charge! They were also very nice and easy to work with!
