My experience at Evegate, Ashford
I have been a client/patient of Audika (previouly know as Hidden Hearing) for several years now. I recommend this company for anyone who has need for hearing aids. The company's efficiency is outstanding. When ringing for an appointment, you are greeted by a human receptionist. Yes a human! You then receive a confirmation email of your appointment as well as a reminder text the day before. I attend the Evegate branch in Ashford. Hannah Bergin my audiologist is superb. She is patient, courteous and professional. It is always good to know you are in the hands of an expert. If the rest of the Audika's branches offer the same standard of care that I receive, then I can thoroughly recommend, this company.

Amazing
From my initial visit at Evegate, Ashford, Kent....Hannah has been absolutley fantastic. I had a really thorough examination then two weeks later I picked up my hearing aids. She explained how to clean my hearing aids, download the app onto my phone to control my aids and then gave me a bag of supplies 🙂
My hearing aids were half the price than specsavers and the service given by Hannah was also 110% better. If you are hard of hearing i REALLY can not praise Hidden hearing enough.....Thank you Hannah

I was recommended Hidden Hearing after a very disappointing experience with the NHS. I have 50% hearing (right side only), and found it increasingly difficult to follow conversations in noisy environments. The standard NHS hearing aids were not much use, so went along to Hearing Hearing (Ashford). My initial experience was exceptional, and my audiologist -Hannah Bergin, thoroughly looked after me, demonstrating both professionalism and friendliness in equal measures. I was fitted with a new hearing aid that actually worked! Since then I have seen Hannah for regular check ups and my hearing has increased as new hearing aid updates, and complimentary devices, become available. I last saw Hannah yesterday, within 24 hours, for technical advice regarding my Remote Mic - again, excellent service. Thank you: 10 out of 10
