We recently arrived in the UK from France. We called in to Audika Carlisle without an appointment to ask about maintenance of hearing aids bought in France. We were warmly and professionally greeted by Karyse who cleaned & replaced filters then Adam fitted us in between appointments to explain how to remove & refit the ear buds and the inner filters. Service of the highest level.

Being made welcome into the shop and also the professional appearance and attention of Mr Gill.

We booked an appointment for myself and my wife at the Carlisle hidden hearing store on Devonshire street Carlisle.
The welcome and greeting from the receptionist was first class and put us both at ease. Very well done.

Now for the best bit, We were taken through your procedures by Adam Gill Graham, whom we found to be well presented and the service he provided was indeed brilliant, taking the time to explain everything to do with the problems of our hearing.
Adam then went on to demonstrate your hearing aid products, which we found absolutely fascinating.
NO HARD SELL HERE JUST HONEST REPRESENTATION OF WHAT PRODUCTS WERE BEST FOR BOTH OF US.
Due to the fact we felt cared for and the demonstration of your product, it was easy for us to make a decision to go ahead with the purchase of 2 sets of aids for myself and my wife.
We have been back to the store for follow up, once again both the receptionist and Adam we without doubt a credit to your company.
We feel confident and without question would recommend your company to our friends.
Best money we have spent in years.

It’s a pleasure on every visit and Adam is so easy to talk to and nothing is too much trouble , it is very obvious that he cares about his clients.

The support that they provided was second to none there were no pushy upgrades calls they provided what was promised and gave my mother her hearing worry free in her final days. Have been deaf in one ear for years, and had used a nhs hearing aid with no benefit at all. Visited the hidden hearing shop in Carlisle, the service i got was really good and will have two hearing aids instead of one, I can hear for the first time in years wish i had gone earlier.
