I visited Mark in Lincoln last month for my hearing test. He was courteous professional and explained everything to me clearly. I am currently considering my next steps in respect of the information he gave me. I was provided with options and there was absolutely no hard sell to purchase the product. I am likely to visit Mark in the future to get a hearing test update.

Charlotte was extremely patient and very thorough when she checked my husband’s hearing aids. She offered lots of good advice to enable him to get the best from them.

Hi my name is Catherine I recently started wearing hearing aids. I would like to tell you about my experience with Hidden Hearing: I was indeed lucky to of made an appointment with Janine McCulloch MSHAA. From the Lincoln branch. I was made to feel at ease from the very first moment of seeing her, she was wonderful. Her knowledge and experience is second to none. I had a blocked left ear and the other wasn’t much better, she arranged for me to have them cleaned out by another specialist lady called Claire at the Lincoln branch, again she was wonderful and managed to successfully remove all the wax. My next visit was my actual hearing test which showed I did indeed need hearing aids. I was given some hearing aids to try and oh my goodness the difference was unbelievable. I could hear brilliantly. I ordered my new hearing aids and they where all set up to my needs. They are marvellous they connect to my IPhone and I can play around on the app. I went for a follow up appointment with Janine 2weeks later and another one booked for a month s time. I honestly can’t rate this company high enough. Thank you Hidden Hearing, Janine and Claire. You have made my life so much better 🙏🏻

I have had hearing aids from Hidden Hesring since July 2024. Through their rigorous hearing test it was confirmed I am now borderline profoundly deaf, (something I had suspected. However, this is not a problem because their hearing aids are excellent and well worth the price. The sound produced is clear and exact; volume is easily controlled and the discrete aids can be recharged overnight. In addition, their customer service is second to none.The staff are proud of their products and always aim to give the best service. I wish I had gone to Hidden Hearing in the first place.

Was seen by Mark Allonby at the lincoln branch of Hidden Hearing Limited. Mark was so kind and helpful and very professional.I went in with no idea how bad my left ear was but two and half hours later I walked out with a hearing aid and a big smile on my face,and the follow up care is first class. So thank you Mark and thank you Hidden Hearing.

I went for a hearing test today at Hidden Hearing Lincoln and honestly, I was so impressed. I saw Mark, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as were the front of house staff. Mark explained everything so clearly and gave me more understanding about my ears than I’ve had in years. It was genuinely helpful in figuring out what’s been going on.

The whole visit was free, which is mind blowing considering the amount of time, detail and care that went into it. I would’ve happily paid for the service. Huge thank you to Mark and the team

Mark is very thorough with his examination and also explanation of what’s happening with my hearing.

We have a similar experience of hearing loss so he is very sympathetic. I have had hearing loss since a young age and it is now getting worse as I age. I now have a much better understanding of my hearing loss which has never been explained to me before.

I visited for a free hearing test after suffering sudden hearing loss. I'd been referred to an ENT specialist with the NHS, but wanted a second opinion. The practitioner, gave a full examination, and hearing test, explaining everything thoroughly, honestly and concisely. I will definitely return there to explore what options are available for me if necessary.

From making my first appointment to going for my fitting today, I can’t fault any part of the process. I will say Charlotte Pennington, who has dealt with me from day one is fantastic, nothing was rushed, everything was explained in full and always double checked I was ok with what she said and I fully understood. Fantastic experience! 100% recommend!
