Ruby made me feel very relaxed as soon as I walked in, she explained everything very well all the way through what she was doing and why, lovely atmosphere. Im looking forward to collecting my new hearing buds.will definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.

Mike Daws of Hidden Hearing is a thorough professional
Mike Davis was very professional in his approach and in dealing with my questions. He didn't rush thru the test. Because my ears were full of wax, he advised me to come back to continue the test after the wax was removed. Wax removal was offered to me at a cost; but my surgery arranged the removal free if charge under NHS. It is now done, and I will be going back to Hidden Hearing to complete Mike's testing

First time using this audiologist - Great experience!
First time using this audiologist, and they were fantastic. Went through everything with me, cleared both of my ears and did a quick test. They actually listened to some concerns I have with my tinitus as well and seem keen to help. I’ve been to other places which have been competent, but not as good as this one!
